Villa Castro is a 3 en-suite bedroom villa, well furnished throughout this beautiful townhouse provides spacious accommodation.
Its location is perfect, in a quiet area, but close to the center of Vilamoura and approximately 10 minutes from the marina and beaches. The golf courses are close, an easy 5 minutes walk from Old Course.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold).
It was decorated with the comfort and well-being of all its guests in mind. The spacious lounge, flows with the dining area and the kitchen. Outside there is a beautiful garden, a table and chairs next to the charcoal barbecue for moments of conviviality.
GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge: Flat screen Smart TV with cable tv, Netflix, fireplace, chaise-longue sofa, adjacent is the dining room area with seating for 8 people with direct access to the patio and swimming pool.
Kitchen: oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle.
Toilet.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, flat screen tv, private bathroom, balcony with pool view. The private bathroom has a bath, sink, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: twin beds, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, private bathroom, balcony with pool view. The private bathroom has a bath, sink, bidet and toilet.
Bedroom 3: twin beds, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, private bathroom. The private bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
SECOND FLOOR:
Laundry: washing machine, tumble Dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.
OUTSIDE AREA: swimming pool 8m x 4m with access by roman steps, poolside shower, sun umbrelas, table and 8 chairs, lawned gardens with 4 sun beds, 2 relax chairs, charcoal barbecue, outside private car parking

All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability).
