This gorgeous 2 storey, spacious cottage is located just one street back from Deal seafront, Walmer green and all local amenities.

We have created a beautiful, newly renovated cottage full of charm and character.
On the ground floor is the Lounge and large Dining area with ample seating for up to 6 people. A fully equipped Kitchen, Bathroom with a Bath/Shower, WC & Sink and twin bedroom.
Upstairs is a tastefully decorated double bedroom with an en-suite Bathroom with a Shower, WC & Sink.

1 Double Bedroom with En-Suite Shower, Toilet & Sink.
1 Twin Bedroom.
Lounge with Sofa Bed.
6 Seater Dining Area.

Great stay ideal location

Cottage was spotlessly clean great showers comfy beds kitchen had everything you needed and more. The whole place was decorated to a high spec probably the best rental we've stayed in

Great location easy reach of amenities.

The house was in fantastic location easy to walk into town if need be. We used to live in Deal so we knew the area. One thing in the property the duvets where too hot lower tog for the summer would have be better, found we couldn’t sleep very well, plus the bath in the bathroom when having a shower it was quite slippery a bath mat would have been a help. I would be highly recommending this property, it was brilliant. Thank you.

Awesome!

I am happy that I booked this appartment. It was in a really calm neighborhood and we had only 500meters to the beach. The appartment is really spaceous for 2 people, I would say up to 4 it is absolutely okay. If you book here, you have everything you need and it is perfekt in shape. Mark is a gentle landlord, he is helpfull and takes care of everything you need. Besinde the appartment, you walf for 10 to b15 min and you are direct in the middle if Deal with a lots of nice restaurants. I would say - this appartment is perfect for a stay. We love it there and I can highly recommend it :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If you want a bright and sunny cottage by the sea with private courtyard then this isn’t it! The description is deliberately deceptive! Had I known that the courtyard was shared by three other units I would not have booked this cottage! The cottage is well laid out and on first impression looked comfortable, however, the windows are small, all bar one window upstairs on the landing and a tiny window to the front all are above eye level and have etched glass with small openers further adding to the claustrophobic feeling of the cottage, the ventilation is exceptionally poor. The flooring throughout is strip laminate/vinyl type but was lifting and squashy in places. I couldn’t use the upstairs bedroom/bathroom due to a sewage smell. The downstairs bathroom taps were impossible to control. There isn’t enough space here to explain but I was injured in this cottage due to the landlords negligence. He had a leak and didn’t replace the flooring causing my asthma to become an issue. The taps in the downstairs bathroom were impossible to control. I fell in the downstairs shower as there wasn’t an ANTISLIP mat, all told I spent 3 separate nights in A & E being treated for asthma and then a fall. The LL put a bath mat in while I was in A & E claiming it was there all the time! I left the property after falling in the shower! I wish I could explain further but the site only allows an abbreviated review. My review title says it all: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

HOSTS BEWARE ! AVOID THIS GUEST AT ALL COSTS ! I have 5 star reviews from all my previous guests on VRBO & Airbnb so please refer to these for honest reviews !! Unfortunately this guest waited 5 days before finding issues and reporting them. I visited Mary/Marie/Patricia or whatever name she actually uses, to address her "issues" despite there being a mirror in every room, opening windows in every room, taps working fine, bath mats available and portable fan in the bedroom. I believe this person was looking for a full refund as she already stated that she had to leave early to visit her mum who wasn't able to attend with her. I offered her a partial refund as she had already stayed for the majority of the time. She claims to have slipped in the shower but has failed to provide evidence or photos of any injury or a report from the hospital that she was supposed to forward to me. GUESTS, PLEASE READ ALL MY OTHER REVIEWS FOR AN HONEST OPINION !!
