The house offers 150 m² of interior space, divided into three floors, each with its unique character and purpose. On the ground floor, you’ll find the central living area, including a spacious kitchen, a dining room with a table for seven, and a cozy living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV. For guests’ comfort, there is also a WC on this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances that make cooking easy while preserving the rustic design that complements the historical look of the house. From the dining room and kitchen, you have direct access to the covered outdoor terrace, where another dining table for seven awaits, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. The terrace also features a stone grill for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes. With a sunshade and loungers, the terrace allows for relaxation in the shade or soaking up the sun by the pool.
The first floor of Villa Dunatić offers an additional dining area connected to a second kitchen. The spacious living area with a sofa and a table is perfect for quiet evenings or relaxed afternoons. This floor also has two tastefully decorated bedrooms with carefully selected antique furniture and restored details, adding a cozy atmosphere and an authentic touch of the past. On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds. If needed, an extra bed can be arranged for a seventh guest, offering flexibility for larger families or groups of friends.
