Villa San Cresci is a beautiful farmhouse located amongst olive groves and woods of the Mugello area, near Vicchio and one hour from Florence.

Immersed in a large private park of 124 hectares, the property boasts some lounge areas with deck chairs and dining tables with parasols, ideal for spending alfresco moments with friends, surrounded by nature.

A 5-minute walk from the farmhouse you can reach the lovely pool (16 x 9 m, open from May to October), equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs.

Moreover, at guests' disposal a private parking area.

Internal Description

Villa San Cresci is the result of a completely ecosustainable renovation. Spread over 2 floors, it can sleep up to 20 people in total, has 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The entire property has been divided into 2 apartments and 1 suite, from which you can admire a beautiful view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. All accommodations are characterized by handmade Sicilian terracotta floors and Murano glass chandeliers and appliques. Each accommodation is equipped with: air conditioning, Internet Wifi, hairdryer, smart tv, bed linen and towels, telephone, kettle and herbal tea. Each bedroom has 1 double bed. Four double beds can be converted, upon request at the time of booking, into two single beds each. Six bathrooms have their own private SPA (including three bathrooms with bathtub in white tec and Finnish sauna and three bathrooms with hammam). The SPA can be used free of charge from 1 July to 15 September.

Pets are not allowed. Baby cots (with a fee) and high chairs are available upon request.

- 1 suite on the ground floor, capable of hosting up to 2 people, consisting of: 1 double bed, a kitchenette (with induction hob), a dining table for 2 people, and a spacious bathroom with shower (also suitable for disabled people).

Furthermore the suite boasts a private panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

- 1 apartment set on 2 floors, capable of hosting up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private patio.

The ground floor consists of: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, and a large living room with dining table for 4 people and kitchen (equipped with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and welcome capsules).

On the first floor you will find: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub, and a spacious living room with dining table for 4 people and kitchen (equipped with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and welcome capsules).

- 1 apartment spread over 2 floors, capable of hosting up to 12 people, with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a private patio.

The ground floor is made up of: 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with private SPA (two of which with bathtub in white tec and Finnish sauna and one with hammam), a large living room with kitchen (equipped with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine and welcome capsules), a kitchenette (with microwave, fridge and small dining table).

The upper floor houses: 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with private SPA (one with bathtub in white tec and Finnish sauna and two with hammam), two spacious living rooms with kitchen (equipped with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine coffee and welcome capsules), a common dining room (with table for 20 people).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance; use of the indoor spa (the use is free from 1st July to 15th September, out of this period there will be an extra cost).

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); laundry service; heating according to consumption during winter months; use of the indoor spa (if used from 16th September to 30th June there will be a cost of 50.00€ per week per spa); baby cot (to be requested in advance - 10.00€ per day); electric car charging (30.00€ per charge). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
