This is a return visit to the property. We love that it is so well located to local grocery shopping and town. Perfect walking distance. In addition, we discovered a local fitness club - Club Kilo - during our stay at a reasonable day rate, which was handy. We definitely plan on returning. Outstanding communications with our host. Highly recommended!!!

My mate and I spent a fortnight here and it’s absolutely fantastic. David’s house is clean, good space and meticulously well presented with golf relics everywhere. I highly recommend staying here.

The golf themed house was perfect for our golf trip to St Andrews. The putting green in the back yard was a fun addition. Will definitely stay here next time we travel to St Andrews.

Great stay in St Andrews

Our group of four golfers really enjoyed these accommodations for our short trip to St Andrews.The unit had everything we needed and was a short drive to the courses, and close to a grocery store as well.We definitely recommend staying here if you require more room than standard hotel rooms.

David was a lovely host and very responsive to questions prior to our stay. The house gave us plenty of room to relax after a busy day in St. Andrew’s. The walk was perfect to and from town. There were also convenient stores very close by for provisions for the house. We will definitely plan to stay there again in the future.

Had a fab holiday in the house- perfect for our family- grandparents and family of 4 with boys of 6 and 8 years. They loved the putting green. Everything you could need is provided in this golf themed house. And clear instructions for bins, blinds, windows, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is an air fryer and microwave and toaster and good cooker too. House was immaculately clean too.The glass coffee table with all the real golf balls was a source of great amusement for my husband ( a keen golfer) and the boys- picking out a new favourite every day!

Long weekend

The property is exactly as the pictures show! It was lovely to have the garden space for the kids and there was everything we needed inside. The welcome basket is a nice touch, and the owner was very amenable and helped with early and late checkouts.

I can not say enough good things about our stay. The house was even better than the pictures. It was extremely clean and had everything you need. The location was perfect, a short 5 min drive to the town and golf courses. Our teens loved the putting green in the back. Also really nice there’s an Aldi within walking distance to grab food and essentials. David was super quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. Definitely recommend staying here for your St. Andrew’s visit!!

At. Andrew’s golf paradise

David was an amazing host. From the moment we booked, his attention to detail and ability to make us feel comfortable was clearly at the forefront of his priorities. Check-in was easy, the house was spotless and there was a thoughtful care package of treats awaiting our arrival. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and mini golf. This was my family’s first trip overseas from Canada and we would definitely be back after our great experience. I would highly recommend staying here.

Golf trip

We had an excellent experience with David. He was Highly communicative and very prompt. The property was perfect for our group of 3 golfers and should be a consideration for anyone visiting St. Andrews. David even let us store our clubs and bags securely when we our transport arrived earlier than anticipated. We would definitely stay again. David made the process very simple and easy. 5/5 stars.

Fantastic Stay in St Andrews

We traveled to St Andrews for a golf trip and booked this house. It was a perfect spot for us. The rooms were small (but I think normal sized for Scotland) but we fit four of us comfortably. There was sleeping enough for six, but you'd really be packed in! The house was in a very quiet neighborhood, it was very clean and had everything we needed provided. The backyard putting green was a lot of fun and we had several competitions there after our golf days at St Andrews. It's within walking distance (5 minutes) of a grocery store, and about a 20 minute walk to the restuarant/bar area. The host David was fantastic to communicate with, always quick with a response and very helpful with questions about our stay and St Andrews. If we traveled back to St. Andrews we would book this place again.

My family of four loved everything about David's lovely place in St Andrews. All the rooms were spotlessly clean. We appreciated having two bathrooms, one upstairs near the bedrooms and one downstairs near the living space. The living room was large yet cozy, with comfortable seating and a Roku television. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook meals during our stay. The beds were really comfortable and allowed us to sleep well. David responded to our questions within minutes, and was gracious and kind from the moment we booked our trip until we checked out. There was parking near the house, but it was also an easy 15-20 minute walk to everywhere in St Andrews that we wanted to go, so we usually walked to and from town. In short, the place was perfect for us, and we would definitely stay here again if (or hopefully when) we return to St Andrews!
