This three-storey, semi-detached holiday home has four bedrooms including two ground-floor king-size, one with an en-suite and one with a balcony, along with a twin, a second-floor children’s bunk, a bathroom, a first-floor kitchen/diner, and a second-floor sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Sky Glass TV and WiFi. Outside, there is a rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, pets and smoking are not allowed, however fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop and pub in 0.1 mile and a beach in 1.1 miles. Please note that the washing machine is in the ground-floor en-suite, the courtyard is accessed via this bedroom also. Due to the balcony on the first floor, children must be supervised at all times. 22 Above Town is a fantastic holiday home for a family break to Devon.
