Fabulous short break

Stayed in Hares Leap lodge for a three night stay. A real home from home with a great hot tub and spotlessly clean. Very peaceful site with nice woodland walks.

Best lodge we have ever stayed in was immaculate and catered for your every need

The location is stunning set in a stunning location. The lodge was perfect in every way with lots of space. The outside area with jacuzzi and bbq area are fab. The 2 ladies in reception are warm, friendly and an asset to your park.

Our family have a lodge on here, so it was perfect for us to stay so close! We had our own comfortable, warm and welcoming space, but could all be together during the days. A lovely lodge with everything we needed!

Hollicars is a beautiful, well kept, peaceful and relaxed holiday park. We stayed in the hares leap lodge which was like a home from home. Everything you needed was there. Very clean and homely lodge. We wil definitely return

The quietest, most relaxing escape from everyday life

A very comfortable, fully equipped lodge, surrounded by wildlife, peace & tranquility. The hot tub was great, especially with the robes & slippers provided. Staff very welcoming & friendly. Easy to get into York with the local bus service. Fabulous trails to walk all around the park.

Lovely relaxing place.

Stayed Hares Leap lodge for 4 nights, The lodge was very clean and had everything you could wish for. The park was lovely and quiet, me being disabled and using my mobility scooter was able to get around and out along the different walks. Will definitely be booking again.

Great Lodge, clean, tidy & everything you will ever need.

Hollicars lodges are all fantastic, this is our 3rd stay and we have been in 3 separate lodges, all clean and all to a high standard, Hares Leap was no exception and was very clean and tidy. The hottub is a hit with my teenage daughters which was used every night and the location is superb for York. for a 2 bedroom lodge it is ideal for 4 with plenty of room.

Really lovely break

Peaceful surroundings. Well kept park with lovely staff. Lodge was very nice and well equipped. This was our second visit and we have booked again for May, but a different lodge. It seems a bit pricey but likely to be in line with other lodges; and it is very nice. We have visited this lodge twice now. The owners have really thought about the decor and its relation to its name. Staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Hot-tub checked daily and standards maintained with no fuss.
