Woodland Hideaway is a lovely private lodge in the woods with a hot tub, the bedrooms are spacious both with en suite and decorated in a chic farmhouse style. The decking area has a gate at the end before the steps so that you can let your dog or child outside without them running away. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms have toiletries and plenty of towels and the beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and generally presented very well. The locations is great and I'd recommend this lodge. It's close enough to the animals but far enough away from any potential noise. It was lovely to be hidden away under the trees hearing the horses going out for their daily hack.

Great Lodge, nice big comfortable bed.

Great Lodge, nice big comfortable bed. Enjoyed the hot tub after Jeremy provided us with some steps to get into it.We did light the log burner on one occasion when it was a cold and rainy day.The Lodge (Woodland Hideaway) in the woods overlooks a pond where there was lots of wildlife to see and photograph. We walked around the farm and made friends with the animals.The master bedroom was a bit short of storage space for clothes and a chair would have been handy.All in all a wonderful place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.Highly recommended

We loved the woodland hideaway but because we were only a couple it seemed a little wasted on us due

We loved the woodland hideaway but because we were only a couple it seemed a little wasted on us due to its size . Its location was perfect and you really are hidden away ideal for the peace and quiet that we hoped to get .I’d recommend this lodge but if your just a couple then maybe consider one of the smaller lodges the space is wasted in the woodland hideaway on just 2 people.We took our pet dog and he loved all the open spaces he ran around in the open fields without his leash on which he can’t do at home .The internet is not the best but considering the location and the fact we wanted the peace and quiet it wasn’t a problem.I would recommend the woodland hideaway if peace and quiet is what you want.
