HALL AND LANDING
The front door opens into a hallway with space for footwear and coats and stairs rising exclusively to the first-floor landing of the apartment which runs past the open plan living space to the bedroom and shower room at the back. There’s a built in cupboard giving extra storage. There’s hard flooring in the kitchen area and bathroom, carpet up the stairs, in the bedroom and living/dining area.

LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING SPACE
A double aspect room with windows looking out to the sea at the back and overlooking the high street to the front. Cleverly designed to meet all your needs with an elegant sofa, chair coffee table, TV on a corner cupboard and couple of bar chairs at the counter for home catering (or takeaways!). The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine with frother, toaster, kettle and all the equipment you could need for a spot of catering at home.

Conveniently below is The Chocolate Teapot - a little Bistro by the Sea serving Fizz, Food and Afternoon Tea with picnic baskets to order to take across the road to the beach or up to the comfort of your apartment.

If you'd like to bring a baby/child with their travel cot please do but the apartment's not really suited to a toddler as the stairs are steep and there's no door at the top of them.
You're also welcome to bring a small well behaved dog as long as it doesn't go on the furniture, please also let us know if you're bringing a dog.
