Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the house exactly as advertised and enjoyed its location close to the city centre. We’re sorry to read that a few aspects of the stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. The spiral staircase and layout of the property are both clearly shown in the photos and described on the listing, as we know these features can be important when travelling with young children or older guests. The house itself is a traditional period property in the heart of Salisbury, and the staircase is charming but a little narrower than in modern homes. With regard to parking, we do have the option to issue a resident’s permit for guests who request one. As many of our visitors are working in the area and out during the day, this isn’t something we’re often asked for, but we would have been very happy to arrange one for you if we’d known during your stay. We’re also sorry about the bin on arrival, it was emptied during your stay as you mentioned but we appreciate that this was inconvenient when you first arrived and will make sure our team double-checks it in future.
