It is composed by a sleeping area with double bed and double sofa bed, partially divided by the kitchen area, which comes fully equipped with a fridge with freeze, oven, cooking plate, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, radio, directional 40" LCD TV SAT and much more.
The modern bathroom comes with a WC, shower and tub, bidet, hair dryer and radio.
The small furnished ground floor terrace will allow you to enjoy the breathtaking view on the Dolomites in fully relax.

It boasts a particularly sunny and panoramic position, only 900 m from Santa Cristina town center and 20 m from the ski bus and city bus stop away, which connects you in few stops to the town center (and to the main bus lines), to the cableways and to other points of interest.
The spectacular view on the Dolomites will welcome you in house Mujnei.
In summer the position is particularly suited for mountain lovers, walkers, hikers and mountain bikers, as it is very close to the hiking paths of the Dolomites and from the city bus stop (active only during the summer season), which connects you to the closest cableways.
In Winter the ski bus will bring you to the Col Raiser and to the Saslong / Sochers cableways, allowing you to ski on the legendary Sella Ronda.
For surcharge and previous request, you can reserve your private access to the small spa with whirlpool and sauna and a washing machine is available for free use on request (both in the neighborhood).
The owner also offers dog sitting on request and for surcharge.
This holiday rent comes also with outdoor car parking, Wi-Fi, towels and linen, all for free.
Pets are welcome, for a small surcharge.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
