Originally built-in the 19th century, Shakespeare Cottage is a stylish holiday cottage, which sleeps 6 guests, in three beautifully-appointed bedrooms, with two modern bathroom. On the ground floor you have a well-equipped kitchen, a stylish dining room, perfect for entertaining, and a warm and inviting living room with a cosy wood burning stove. At the rear of the property there is a tranquil courtyard garden with comfortable seating, a tranquil spot to relax and unwind during the summer months. The cottage occupies a fantastic location with all the amenities and attractions on its doorstep, guests can even walk to Shakespeare's birthplace!

This three bedroom holiday cottage in Stratford-upon-Avon is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring this historic town, the local countryside and eateries. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Cosy room with a wood-burning stove, Smart TV with Netflix (account holders only), three-seater sofa, two armchairs and two footstools

Modern design with direct access to the garden. Amenities include an electric oven, electric hob, small dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine (initial supply of pods provided), cafetiere, toaster and radio

Beautifully presented, dining table which comfortably seats six and an armchair
Cloakroom
Toilet and wash basin
First Floor
Additional storage comprising of a cupboard with two hanging rails and a shelf is provided for Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 on the first floor landing
Master bedroom with ensuite (Sleeps 2)
Super king size bed, built-in wardrobe with a shelf above, chest of drawers, wall hooks, wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix (account holders only), small built-in dressing table with stool, hairdryer and two wall mirrors
Ensuite with walk-in rain shower, plus a separate handheld shower attachment, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2)
Super king size bed, wall hooks, small storage basket, hairdryer and large wall mirror
Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2)
Double bed, wall hooks, two storage baskets, hairdryer and large wall mirror
Family bathroom
Roll top bath with overhead rain shower, plus a separate handheld shower attachment, toilet, wash basin, stool and heated towel rail

The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are feathered)
Metered on street parking is available nearby, in addition to a number of long stay Pay & Display car parks
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
