ANASSA HOME is a significant, quiet and spacious Greek House, which can host families, couples or even a group of friends. It is in the heart of Makri Gialos, less than 30m (by sidewalk) from the beach, which makes it the perfect summer location. Nearby to it, you can find cafes for a delicious breakfast next to the sea, tavernas to taste the Mediterranean flavours and beautiful view spots of the Libyan sea. A place that gives you the chance to live like a homegrown!

My name is Ioannis and the story behind me and ANASSA HOME is that after I left Makry Gialos for studies, I have travelled, worked and live in various countries and cities (Athens, Thessaloniki, Madrid, Paris...etc).
During these journeys and travels, I have met, hosted and been hosted by many friendly and kind people who show me how beautiful life could be.
This is why, I decided to open the ANASSA HOME back in Makry Gialos and make it a place where people all around the world, like you, can spend their most important time of the year, in a cosy, beautiful, friendly and true Greek House.
A place where people can take an “Anassa” (=breath) from “reality” and rest next to the sea and under the sun.
