The apartment suitable for couples is located on the ground floor of a family house with a private entrance. The accommodation is located in the tourist area of Umag preferred by tourists and offers everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant holiday. Small pets are allowed for a fee. The simply furnished apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for a child, two bedside tables with night lamps and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The living area is equipped with, a dining table with 3 chairs, a free Wi-fi internet connection, air conditioner. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with two electric plates, an extractor hood, a kettle, a Moka, microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, sink with mirror, and external window, two bath towels per person are provided. The small terrace has a table and 2 chairs at the entrance to the apartment. Free parking is available on the property. For shared use, the tavern in a nearby building is available, equipped with a barbecue, table, and chairs where you can spend the evenings in company.
The beach is a few minutes walk away, the supermarket is 500 m, the restaurant 200 m, and the seafront 600 m.
Located in a privileged position near the famous ATP tennis center, where the famous ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been held for years. Near the house, there is a children's playground.

Just 400 m away is the Sol Stella Maris tourist village and the station of the tourist train that travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and vice versa.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.
To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend taking unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna River valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade is the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish Picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino Park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of adults and children beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tastings of excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more.

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.
