It is located on the 9th floor with lift and therefore benefits from a privileged and exceptional view of the Grande Motte Glacier.
You will find a cabin corner in the corridor with storage space and 2 bunk beds.
In the living room you will find a 140 cm double sofa bed and an additional bed integrated into a piece of furniture with plenty of storage space.
The flat is fully equipped (TV 105cm, large fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, crockery, ....)
In the bathroom/WC you will find a large bathtub, a hair dryer and a washing machine.
Sheets and towels are not included and are available as an option.
The residence is located close to all amenities: bakery, supermarket, restaurant, bar, ski pass purchase, ski rental shops, launderette... are located at about 50 meters.
A covered car park is located at about 150 m from the residence.
You can go directly and very easily on the slopes at 150 meters from the residence and return directly with your skis on.

The residence is located in the Lavachet district, near the slopes, the lake and the Val Claret district.
