En esta villa familiar, completamente reformada, podrás disfrutar de su extenso jardín, pérgola con zona chill-out, piscina de agua salada, zona de juegos con mesa de ping-pong, así como acceso a una pista de tenis, columpios, y una zona comercial, lindantes con el fondo del jardín. La cocina esta equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos y el agua del grifo de la cocina tiene una herramienta de filtro que permite tener agua potable y no necesitar comprar el agua. A menos de 500 metros andando, están el puerto de Costa de los Pinos, la playa y el club de golf de Son Servera. La casa tiene 6 habitaciones, 5 baños completos, 1 aseo de invitados, un salón con tv y zona trabajo y biblioteca, un cuarto de estar con tv, un comedor, una cocina nueva con zona de planchero y lavadero y tendedero, así como un porche del salón y otro porche con zona de estar y de comer en pérgola al lado de la piscina. Por la puerta del fondo del jardín accederás a la pista de tenis y una zona de parque infantil privada así como a la zona comercial y de restaurantes. La villa tiene un extenso jardín, con piscina de agua salada, que dispone de tumbonas y toallas de piscina, así como una zona de chill-out techada para relajarte delante de la piscina donde podrás comer y disfrutar de la barbacoa con 2 mesas donde caben hasta 12 personas en cada una. Además tiene otro porche lateral con una mesa de ping-pong y barbacoa. Podrás disfrutar del wifi gratis y de 2 televisiones en los salones comunes. Este alquiler de vacaciones cuenta con una zona para barbacoas, caja fuerte y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y zonas comunes (comedor, cocina y salón). El aire acondicionado se cobrará según el uso a €0,3/KWh. El cuarto de baño incluye un secador de pelo y toallas. La cocina está equipada con horno, microondas, placa de cocina, nevera, congelador y fabrica de hielos, además de cafetera y tetera, hervidor eléctrico. Podrás viajar con poco equipaje, porque tendrás una lavadora y una secadora a tu disposición así como una plancha.

Great place to stay especially with young children who loved the pool.

Lovely place in a quiet area!

Toni's place is just perfect to stay at! It has everything you need for a great and relaxing vacation. Great beaches are within convenient reach by car for daytrips to the sea (you will need a car if staying here). Love to come again!

This villa is beautifully located in a quiet residential area. It is spacious, clean and very modernise. It's what we expected from the photos. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed the surrounding views and beaches. The cafe Aurelio is a must go as the food is exceptionally delicious and it is only a few minutes walk from the villa. Sehr schöner Ort mit einer nicht so guten Unterlunft

Wir waren mit 9 Personen in dieser Unterkunft. Der Ort ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und der Strand ist auch einen Besuch wert. Leider treffen diese Aussagen bei der Unterkunft nicht zu. Beim Check In wurden wir von einer Dame empfangen welche nicht die Besitzerin sondern eine Mitarbeiterin ist. Leider konnte sie kein Deutsch und auch kein Englisch hier wurde dann mit Google Übersetzter kommuniziert. Uns wurde nur alles schnell gezeigt und danach war Sie schon weg. Wir sollten auch 0,30€ pro kWh für die Klimaanlage bezahlen, obwohl in der Anzeige nichts davon stand und auf dem Merkblatt in der Unterkunft wurde von dieser Gebühr nur im Winter gesprochen. Die Unterkunft war teilweise sehr dreckig. Fremde Haare und viele Flecken. Es roch sehr muffig in der Unterkunft und dieser Geruch ist bis zur Abreise auch geblieben. Im Badezimmer funktionierten viele Duschen nicht richtig. An den Decken war sichtbar das die Unterkunft wohl ein Problem mit der Decke hat und hier bei Regen Wasser Eintritt. Die Möbel waren sehr stark abgewohnt beschädigt und durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen. Der Aussenbereich war soweit schön, bis auf den Pool welcher nach kurzer Benutzung Bereiches milchig und nicht mehr ansprechend wurde. Wir hatten alleine am ersten Tag auf alles Zimmer verteilt 10 Kakerlaken welche Daumen groß waren. Das Geschirr war bei unserer Anreise dreckig und teilweise schimmelig. Zusammengefasst war die Unterkunft sehr schlecht.Wir kommen nie Wieder!!!!!!

Excellent villa in a superb location

The villa is in an excellent location with a shop just around the corner, which sells almost everything needed for your stay. There are 3 restaurants within a few minutes and another restaurant in the nearby hotel. There is a small cove beach, which is a 10-minute walk (downhill), and there is a more extensive beach about 20 minutes. You can get a bus back from the larger beach for roughly 3 euros each. There is also a beach bar restaurant at the larger beach, which is lovely. Although bookings are required. The villa itself is great being on a single story. The only issues for us were that not all rooms have air conditioning, mainly the smaller rooms in the recently updated conversion. There are no bins in the area to move your rubbish too for collection. We had to use the local (lap post mounted) public bins around the town to dispose of our waste. Apart from this, the villa is great and we had a fantastic time!

Amazing family holiday

The villa is exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our group of 6 adults, a 4 year old and 2 babies. It is modern and spacious, with lovely bathrooms and decor. The pool and outside area are fantastic and for families with babies, the house is pretty much all on one level which is ideal. We found that there was enough within a 5 min walk to keep you busy (restaurant at the hotel on the beach is a highlight as well as the beach bar 500m down the road - both fabulous!). But equally a frequent bus takes you into the nearby towns for a bigger supermarket, harbour, more restaurants. We’ve already recommended the villa to our friends and family for future stays and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks to the host for making our stay in Mallorca amazing!

Perfekter entspannender Urlaub in einer schönen Villa

Wie hatten eine super Zeit, von der Sauberkeit über die Räumlichkeiten (v.a. Aussenbereich) über Klimaanlagen-Effizienz alles super. Wir waren begeistert! Die Korrespondenz war ausgezeichnet, und der Check-In lief hervorragend ab. Die Lage ist perfekt, um an lokale Strände zu fahren oder Golf spielen zu gehen. Das einzige, was wir als Gruppe einheitlich bemängeln können, ist die Qualität der Kissen. Das ist allerdings nörgeln auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfect stay in a beautiful villa

The villa is exactly as described and highlighted in the pictures. Tony was incredibly helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much hassle for him. The villa was immaculately clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The villa is perfectly located in a quiet residential area. There is a well stocked shop and 3 great restaurants only 2 minutes walk from the front door. The villa was ideal for our group and we intend to rebook for next year.

Perfect family holiday

This is a lovely spacious villa in a lovely residential location with the best outside space we have ever had. We spent all our time outside in the lovely garden, by the pool or sitting at the large table on the veranda. We were an extended family of 13, 8 adults and 5 children (ages 3, 5, 8, 12, 15) and like others we took full advantage of the hospitality on offer from David at the restaurant just round the corner. We would highly recommend this property. My only issue with the website listing is the failure to alert us of the tourist tax payable which we had not planned for.

Fijn, gezellig en compleet huis voor een familievakantie

Het huis in een rustige straat van Costa de los Pinos ziet er precies uit als op de foto's. Het is een fijn, gezellig en compleet huis met lekker zwembad en mooie tuin. Met 12 man pastte onze familie er precies in. De tv-kamer werd een slaapkamer. De bedden in slaapkamers (waarvan 2 met en suite badkamer) waren prima, behalve twee eenpersoonsbedden die niet lekker sliepen (te zacht). We hebben heerlijk met elkaar aan de grote tafel op het overdekte terras gegeten. Het huis is erg compleet, behalve dat we in de keuken wat pannen misten om mee te koken voor een grote groep mensen. Costa de los Pinos is een prachtige villa wijk, tegen de heuvels van een azuurblauwe baai. Te voet in een paar minuten hadden we een kleine supermarkt, restaurants en de zee. Het was een heerlijke, relaxte week met familie in de zon.

Wonderful holiday

We stayed at Tony’s villa at the end of July with 4 adults and 6 teens aged 13-18. The accommodation is large enough to not feel on top of each other and the shaded veranda is a God send. The bedrooms are all of a good size, the bathrooms are modern and the kitchen has everything you need for self catering. The garden area is fully enclosed and pretty, the pictures are very accurate. The pool, pool table, ping pong and foosball table were a huge hit with all. The area is beautifully quiet but only a short taxi, bus or land train (out favourite) ride from Cala Bona or Millor. There is a small quiet beach about 10 mins walk with a beach bar (sand is a bit gritty but kids enjoyed it). We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return.

Family stay

Thank you Tony for a wonderful family holiday! We were seven adults and four children aged between eleven months and seven years. All good bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. The outdoor patio,gardens and pool were perfect. Table tennis and pool added to the fun. Good restaurants near by. We ordered a fantastic paella from David’s restaurant and they even organised the waiter to carry it round to the villa! So thank you Tony and all your helpers for a special holiday.

Fantastic holiday home

We had a fantastic time at Tony's property. It was very well equipped, clean and spacious. The pool was fantastic - the kids spent most of the holiday in there. Tony and his sister were very welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. We had a lovely time at David's restaurant round the corner and would recommend it to any other visitors.

Perfect villa for families

Unfortunately the last few days of our 10 were rainy, and we had to have the heating on too most of our stay. Also the weather made the garden and very cold pool unusable, so it is hard to be as positive as I would like. That said the villa is really spacious, decorated and furnished with all you need except, strangely, saucepans.Little disappointed that on arrival at 10.00 pm we had to phone for keys and someone to meet us, but after that Tony, his sister and the maintenance man were soon there to attend to some small items, although only 2 gas rings worked even at the end of our stay. WiFi was usually consistent with a good connection most times The lemon tree was laden at our time! Useful for drinks! The local spar shop has pretty much all you need, including varied wines,but a trip by taxi to a supermarket around Cala Millor is worthwhile. The large Carrefour is partucularly good for groceries, chilled and frozen. The restaurant Tony is good value, quantity and quality also, mainly Spanish or German customers there, didn't get to try the others Its a 15 minutes walk downhill to a sandy type beach, the nearest areas by the sea are not so good, especially for kids.

Eine wunderbare Zeit in einem sehr gepflegten Haus

Wir waren mit unserer Familie (6 Erwachsene und 5 Schulkindern) 9 Tage in dem Chalet. Besonders die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool und den zahlreichen Spielmöglichkeiten, der Billardtisch und die Tischtennisplatte waren heißbegehrt. Wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten uns bis zum späten Abend draußen aufhalten, das ist im Oktober schon nicht selbstverständlich. Unser Vermieter Tony war jederzeit erreichbar und um unser aller Wohl bemüht, und der Hausmeister war sofort zur Stelle, wenn er außerhalb seiner normalen Runde alle 2 Tage angefragt wurde. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempehlen, wir haben jeden Tag dort genossen, und können uns keinen besseren Vermieter vorstellen. Dankeschön Tony!!!

Fantastic Family Holiday in a Beautiful Villa

From the moment we booked until we returned the owner Tony (and staff) were extremely helpful with all our requests including supplying a wheelchair and building a ramp so that we could access the villa in it. Nothing was too much trouble at all. We were a family of 12 (10 adults 1 child 1 baby). The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and fully supplied with everything you need. You could not ask for any more. We had so much fun around the pool, family bbqs on the villa verandah and pool/table tennis competitions. There are 2 restaurants nearby - Davids was our favourite and also a hotel that served amazing cocktails. Public transport was situated no more than a minute from the villa so you were able to get to the busier resorts very easy. Taxis were cheap too. There is a local Spar no more than 2 minutes away which sold freshly baked bread every day. The villa is situated in a lovely peaceful area with lovely gardens. The property was well maintained and the staff extremely polite. I would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday. Thank you very much Tony and staff. It was a real pleasure.

Perfect House

This house has everything you could want for a perfect vacation for more families. We were 14 people here in 2017 for 2 weeks, this summer we were 9 people here for a week.

Me llamo Barbara, soy madre de 5 hijos y nuestra familia lleva viniendo a Costa de los Pinos mas de 40 años. Esperamos que los clientes disfruten de nuestra casa y su tiempo en esta parte maravillosa de la isla de Mallorca que es una zona residencial con acceso a la playa y el puerto de los barcos y con zonas de restaurantes muy familiares. También hay un golf a 5 minutos andando de casa.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Es una zona de la isla de Mallorca tranquila, familiar, con muy buen acceso a la playa y al puerto y con restaurantes llenos de familias y gente joven que quiere disfrutar de la maravilla que es la Isla de Mallorca

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Una casa con una obra nueva, con aire acondicionado en cada estancia y una cocina nueva rodeada de un jardin extenso y lleno de arboles con una piscina de agua salada y que por su localizacion permite ir andando a la zona comercial, la playa, los restaurantes, el puerto y el golf
