Villa Carra is an elegant villa with swimming pool for holidays in the area of Gallipoli. The villa accommodates up to 12 guests and it`s in the countryside between Alezio and Parabita, with a large garden with barbecue, outdoor shower, bathrooms and a changing room by the swimming pool.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as: air conditioning, internet, washing machine,
electric and microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, a good
selection of wines, mosquito nets on windows, minibar in the six
bedrooms and tv.

The

The
villa with parking has a big swimming pool with shower, changing room
and bathrooms, but also the solarium with beach beds, a gazebo and
barbecue.
Villa Carra is on two floors.
The villa opens into the living room on the ground floor, with armchairs and sofas. Moreover, there is the large and well-equipped kitchen, the corridor with stairs that take on the upper floor and the sleeping area which consists of two communicating double bedrooms with tv and shared full bathroom.
On the upper floor there is the sleeping area which consists of 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, minibar, tv and air conditioniong. Every room has balconies and windows overlooking the garden.

Villa
Carra is a beautiful villa in the countryside for rent for holidays in
Salento, near Gallipoli. It`s halfway between Alezio and Parabita, where
there are the main amenities.
Gallipoli is 8 kilometers away while the beaches of Baia Verde are 10 kilometers away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from April to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
