A fantastic place to stay.

The Coach House was a great place to stay. The house was extremely well equipped and the garden was a real joy to be in with so many games available that we didn’t have time to play with them all. Our family get together ranged in ages from 80 to 10 years in ages and was enjoyed thoroughly by everyone. There were really helpful notices and information which had been really thought through. Our congratulations and thanks to the owners: Brian and Sarah

A perfect weekend

We had a four night stay at the Coach House for a birthday celebration. Our guests were very impressed with this exceptional property and its gardens. I felt like the lady of the manor for the weekend. The kitchen had plenty of space for everything and we ate inside as well as outside. The kids were well entertained with all the sports facilities and the sheer space of the pretty gardens. The nights were peaceful and quiet. If we have one regret, it is that the time was too short to do everything the house has to offer. The owners really have thought of everything and things are neatly labelled.

Fabulous house and gardens.

Ideal house for family get togethers. Plenty of things to keep the children occupied. Lovely gardens. Many curios inside and out of house. We explored the woods and enjoyed the swing in the padock. Well appointed hot tub and sauna. We had one day when we didn't leave the property as there was so much for us all to do.

Incredible spacious property with character and every facility you could wish for

We had an amazing stay at the Coach House for a long weekend with 12 guests and 2 dogs. We had high expectations from the photos and description but Coach House was even better than we expected. There was ample living space for all of us with a comfortable conservatory area with TV, Pool table and really comfortable sofas. Then a cosy living room with open fire and cocktail bar. The grounds are even more impressive with multiple areas to explore, gas and Coal BBQ’s, a fire pit with seating, sauna and Hot Tub. There’s even a sports area with everything you could ask for. We will definitely be returning for another break at the Coach House soon.

Wonderful stay at the Coach House

We booked a long weekend at the Coach House for my dad’s birthday and had such a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and well kept. We organised for a private chef to come cook my dad’s birthday dinner. The garden is wonderful, the little ones had a blast the tree house while the adults enjoyed Prosecco in the jacuzzi. We loved it and will definitely book again! Also thanks to Brian for all the great support and recommendations.

Celebration Getaway

We stayed at the Coachhouse for a weekend away to celebrate my daughter’s 21st with close friends and family. The house was perfect for what we needed and we all had such a lovely weekend. We would have loved to explore the grounds more but the weather wasn’t great but we loved the garden area with the hot tub! Brian and Sara were great hosts and immediately dealt with a small issue we had when we arrived. Would recommend The Coach House for a lovely break away and we will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful

We had the most wonderful stay at The Coach House. It is a beautiful property both inside and out with seemingly endless nooks and crannies both in the house itself and in the stunning garden. The property lends itself to large family gatherings with plenty to do for adults and kids alike. Brian and Sara were lovely hosts - great communication both prior to and after our stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of cold bubbles to help us settle in which was very thoughtful. Loved it! Recommend it! Will be back!

2nd visit

2nd visit, 1st time this time last year. As good as last year, beautiful house with so much on offer. Gorgeous gardens which we unfortunately couldn’t make the most of due to the weather. A few minor niggles which I’ll text vendor with direct. Us 12 ladies loved our stay again, plenty of room in a superb house.

We stayed here for a wedding and a family get together

Simply magnificent from start to finish. We spent 4 nights at the Coach House and it was everything we had hoped for. The house was immaculate, Brian and Sara were excellent hosts, we received a bottle of bubbly on arrival and they were on hand for any problems, not that there were any. The house had everything, hot tub, sauna, PS4, books, games and even a pool table. Outside there was Giant Jenga, chess and twister. We spent so much time by the sports pavilion, absolutely awesome, tennis, football, table tennis, cricket, bowls, croquet, badminton, it was so competitive amongst the 11 of us. It was probably the best 4 days as a family we have had in decades. Thank you so much Brian and Sara the place was majestic.

Amazing!

Our weekend at this beautiful home was perfect. The home was immaculate and the finer touches made this stay extra special. Everybody had their own dressing gown and slippers, all appliances that you could need was there. When I asked the owners Brian and Sara a question, within minutes I had my answer. We had the most fun time and I would recommend this home to families because the children’s activities in the garden was brilliant but even as a group of adults it’s still just as amazing. You won’t be disappointed if you booked this home for a break. Thank you for sharing your home.

Just what we needed

Weekend break to celebrate two big birthdays this year. Group of adults and kids. The Coach House has the 'wow factor' on entering and is totally decadent and whimsical. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bedrooms are spacious and unique. Hot tub sauna, garden dining/, relaxing so peaceful but then progress up the garden to the well equipped games house..that's where the fun begins! We all loved it. Brian and Sarah the on hand hosts ..thank you

Large family get together.

The Coach House is absolutely amazing, so much attention to detail. There was 12 of us in total and everyone of us thought it was fabulous. Brian & Sarah were excellent and we wanted for nothing. We would highly recommend The Coach House. There was so many things to do in the grounds but sadly the weather didn’t let us. We were able to make full use of the hot tub and the sauna. There was more than enough entertainment for us all in the house. A very big thank you to Brian & Sarah.

Stunning property, amazing hosts

We stayed at the Coach House with our children and a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. The entire stay was absolutely perfect. The property is incredible. Great location 10mns from Leeds castle, not far from the coast, lots of things to do and see nearby, lovely country walks. The property has absolutely all the amenities you could wish for, enough space that we didn’t feel we were on top of each other, tastefully decorated with some really nice period features. The garden is wonderful: large hot tub, sauna, games lawn with all the equipment you might need, terrace, barbecue area, fire pit. We could happily have stayed a few days more and just relaxed in the property, you feel at home immediately and I can’t imagine anyone would ask for anything that isn’t already provided. The hosts were amazing: great communication, welcoming, always readily available but at the same time extremely discreet. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, I can honestly say it’s the best hiring experience I have ever experienced. We would happily go back and will wholeheartedly recommend.

A wonderful house - highly recommended!

We stayed at The Coach House over the summer bank holiday weekend for a 70th birthday celebration with extended family. The house was everything we could have wished for and we all had a wonderful time making some lasting memories. The rooms were spacious and clean throughout and every need was catered for. The garden was beautifully kept with lots to do for the children and adults alike. A particular favourite for the children was toasting marshmallows at the fire pit and watching the outdoors lights brighten up the garden late into the evening. The owners have paid a lot of attention to detail to make the experience comfortable and memorable for guests. We really enjoyed taking the dog out on walks around the farm and surrounding area, following one of the many recommended routes. We would love to return one day, perhaps for a big family Christmas which The Coach House would be perfect for. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
