A bright apartment of about 60 square meters, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities).

The interior layout is as follows:



- KITCHEN: equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, electric oven, kettle, toaster, moka pot, and kitchen utensils, as well as a dining table and wine glasses. The kitchen opens onto a small terrace of about 9 square meters furnished with a table and chairs;

- BEDROOM 1: with a double bed and a large closet, split A/C;

- BEDROOM 2: equipped with two single beds, split A/C;

- BATHROOM: equipped with a walk-in shower and a bidet;



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: TV in the master bedroom, unlimited Wi-Fi, electric broom, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE: Renovation work is currently underway in the building where the apartment is located; as a result, there may be some noise, and the view is partially obstructed.

The apartment is located in the historic center of La Spezia. It is situated right in the heart of the pedestrian zone. Via Del Prione and Via Cavour, the city’s main pedestrian shopping streets, are just 400 meters from the apartment.

Piazza del Mercato, the historic central market where you can find all kinds of fresh local produce and wines, is just 400 meters from the apartment.

A supermarket and all kinds of shops and restaurants are located right below the apartment.



The city center offers a variety of cultural attractions of significant importance, such as the Lia Museum, San Giorgio Castle, the CAMEC (Museum of Modern Art), and the Naval Museum. The seaside promenade offers the chance to take a stroll while admiring the picturesque scenery from its beautifully maintained public gardens.



Bus stop 230 m away: direct routes to the train station, the ferry terminal, Portovenere, Lerici, and Tellaro.



TRAIN STATION: 14-minute walk from the apartment or direct bus (3 stops) - Trains to Cinque Terre (5 minutes from La Spezia), Pisa, Florence, Rome, Lucca, Milan

FERRY TERMINAL: 5-minute walk from the apartment or direct bus (2 stops) - Ferries to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Palmaria, Lerici.



The renowned Cinque Terre is easily accessible by train (numerous trains depart from the central station throughout the day and night for all destinations in the Cinque Terre), by ferry, or by car. However, we recommend taking the train or ferry, as they are faster and avoid any potential parking issues.



Paid parking is available in Piazza Europa at Europa Park, 800 meters from the apartment (open 24 hours a day).



Upon check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, which is 2.50 euros per person per night.
