A short drive from the popular Yorkshire Dales market town of Leyburn, Witton View is a historic cottage built in 1850 boasting wonderful modern comforts, stunning views and picturesque dog walks straight from the doorstep. Located in a quiet village, this hideaway is a magnificent base from which to explore nearby Wensleydale and Swaledale, or even the North York Moors for a fabulous day trip.
Enjoying rural views, this mid terraced cottage is split over two levels. The ground floor comprises of a spacious sitting room with Victorian cast iron gas fireplace, and benefits from luxurious comfortable seating, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring oak flooring, beamed ceiling and dining area seating four guests. Upstairs, two delightful bedrooms are presented; a master bedroom with super king size zip-and-link bed (that can be converted into twin beds on request), with a double bed hosted in bedroom two. Both of these bedrooms are accompanied by a Jack and Jill en suite bathroom - ideal for a quiet night of rest. For those who like to explore on two wheels, secure bike storage is available.
Bellerby is a quiet village with countryside walks and surrounded by wonderful places to explore, never far away. Close to the bustling market town of Leyburn, 'gateway to the Yorkshire Dales National Park', also known for its independent shops and eateries. Richmond is also just a short drive away and well worth exploring at your leisure.
