Located between Asciano and Siena, the ground-floor holiday apartment is part of a lush complex of 18 apartments and offers one of the most well-equipped and peaceful locations to enjoy a fun-filled, relaxing and carefree vacation. The complex benefits from a massive shared swimming pool, a large communal garden with shaded and sunny relaxation areas, as well as a 100-square-metre private garden with an inviting, equipped pergola. Under the pergola, open-air dining with garden views and a sweet swing to indulge in lengthy conversations is also available to enjoy.

The 2-bedroom apartment is suitable for 4 guests and features an open-plan living room that has been furnished to provide the comfort of your own home. With direct terrace access, this room is centred around a rustic fireplace and has an L-shaped sofa, a Smart TV and a kitchen cum diner. In the cosy kitchen corner of the apartment, you will find everything to whip up delicious and hassle-free meals: a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and cooker hob are available.

A BBQ and shared tennis court are also available for added fun and relaxation.

Extra charges

A Refundable Security Deposit of €200 is to be paid on arrival.
Town tax is also to be paid on the spot at €2/pax/day, up to 7 days. Guests up to 12 years of age are exempt.
If necessary, gas for heating in the wintertime or when necessary because of the climate must be paid on the spot based on consumption at €1/mc.

Please note: Check-in time is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.

The apartment enjoys a very tranquil location in the middle of a typical Tuscan landscape, which is perfect for lovers of nature and solitude, and especially for those who want to get away from city life with their loved ones. Only 450 meters reachable with a short walk, the “Site Transitoire” is a monumental stone window, which stands on the hill framing the landscape tinged with incredible colours, especially at sunset. Just a 10-minute drive away are the food shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In Asciano itself, worth checking out are its historic structures like the 11th C Romanesque Basilica of Sant Agata and special food items like the pecorino cheese and white truffles.

Since the property is located right in the middle of Crete Senesi, it is really convenient and easy to explore the surrounding areas within an hour’s drive. Siena, with its beautiful Piazza Campo and Palio di Siena, and relaxation in the healing waters of Querciolaia and San Giovanni (in Rapolano Terme) are about a 25-minute drive from here. Meanwhile, for lovers of history and typical Tuscan charm, the stunning medieval village of Buonconvento, Montalcino, Val d’ Orcia and the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore are all within a 30-60 minute\' drive from here.
