This was a beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The pool was beautiful but early in the season it was a little cool.

This is a beautiful place to stay: very quiet and it feels secluded, but in fact it is only about a 10-minute walk into the gorgeous village of Parrano and about a 15-minute drive into the somewhat larger town of Fabro. Eleonara, the host, is as gracious and warm as you could wish. We loved the pool, and the furnishings are very comfortable and luxurious. As for cleanliness, everything was immaculate. Staying in was a pleasure but we also loved exploring the area on walks. We would gladly return.

We spent some quality time as a family.

We spent some quality time as a family. Wea€™re a group of people, and everyone had the chance to have their own space and independence. The villa is fantastic. Parrano is charming and offers the chance to enjoy Umbriaa€™s lush greenery, good food, good wine, and the kindness and hospitality of the locals. Our host, Silvia, was always available and quick to respond to our messages and give us advice on things to do in the area. This was our second vacation at this villa, and we hope to return again next year.

This house was perfect for our stay. We were able to do easy day trips to many beautiful towns in Umbria and Tuscany region. The house was clean, spacious, ac in every bedroom, and the pool was great for our kids. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely amazing stay.!

We spent many an hour enjoying the pool, the view and the comfortable outdoor furniture. The weather was mixed but having the sectional undercover made it really easy to enjoy the outdoors. A couple of nice warm blankets would be useful. The beds were high quality and very comfortable! We really appreciated the flexibility of an early check-in. Silvia was very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day stay. Looking forward to returning,

The living area was very spacious and the bedrooms so comfortable. The villa itself is very beautiful with a lovely big garden and a swimming pool. Outside are a dining area and a BBQ as well. The location is so quiet. Perugia and Termi are one of the places that we already visited and where we tasted some of the best lasagnas. We also like their local wines. We will be recommending this villa to all our friends and family.

The villa and Umbria were perfect for my family. The property was simple and clean and had good value for money. Nice outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. A peaceful location away from the main tourist strip, which makes it a perfect relaxing place. We also appreciated the excellent service that we received from the agency and we have already booked this villa again for next year.

The pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun and a large covered area if you prefer less sun. We did some hiking and other activities during our stay there and our family had a wonderful time together. We visited Parrano and Castiglione del Lago during our stay and enjoyed the food at local restaurants there. Thanks a lot for everything. Overall beautiful villa in a beautiful area.

We were definitely breathing much better with all the greeneries around us. When the children and grandchildren arrived our group of 8 were totally happy with the pool and location. A nice quiet place to relax. I highly recommend this property. The best holiday that we ever had!

For our family, it was a special villa with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and modern. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day. While we were there, we visited: Piscine Naturali and La Scarzuola and spent an amazing time there. I would recommend staying here for sure.
