Enjoy everything Steyning has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
- The kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave.
- The house is a perfect place to relax and offers smart TV's and internet in all the Bedrooms, Lounge and Games Room.
- There is a Tennis Court at the back of the Property set in the beautiful south down scenery.
- A Basketball hoop and a storage box full of rackets, balls and shuttle cocks for those sporty types.
- At the bottom of the Drive The Barton features a Games Room set back from the house which includes a Bar, Pool Table, Darts Board, Satellite TV with a storage box full of games and cards.
On the 1st Floor, there is a Family Bathroom with a Cascading Waterfall Shower over the Bath, sink and Toilet. This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10.
- In the first bedroom, you will find a Super king bed, with an en-suite Shower Room with Cascading Waterfall Shower and jets, Sink and Toilet. Smart TV, Dressing Table and Hairdryer.
- In the next bedroom, there are Adult bunk beds and a Mamas & Papas Cot with changing mat.
- The third bedroom contains a King Size bed, Smart TV with Dressing table and Hairdryer.
- The fourth bedroom contains a double bed, Smart TV with Dressing table and Hairdryer.
- The fifth bedroom contains Twin Beds that can be zipped together making it a Super king.
There is also a Travel cot in this room.
On the 2nd Floor, there is a second Family Bathroom, with a separate double shower with Waterfall Shower and jet sprays, Bath, Toilet and Sink.
Linen, towels and Blankets are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises.
