This is a stunning house with a high-end finish, designed by award-winning architects and nominated for many new build awards in 2020. The open plan living room and kitchen area is flooded with natural light from the South facing garden and large sliding doors that lead out to a lovely courtyard garden, making it the perfect space to entertain and enjoy outdoor living in the heart of London.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, NEFF ovens and microwave, and everything you need to cook and entertain. The living area features a huge 65'' wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The house has three bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, both with wall-mounted TVs and excellent storage. There is the possibility of using our home office as a 3rd bedroom as it has a single bed.

There are two modern bathrooms with great water pressure, one with a walk-in shower and the other with an egg-shaped bath. The downstairs bathroom also includes a Japanese electric toilet and walking-in shower. All bathrooms have softened water.
We always provide complimentary shampoo/conditioner/dishwasher tablets/soaps/ washing machine capsules to make life as comfortable as possible for our guests.

Additionally, there is a large utility room off the hall that features a washing machine and separate dryer, which is mostly used as a home office or playroom. This space be a 3rd bedroom if needed as there is a very comfortable single bed.

The house is located in a convenient area of London, just a 10-minute walk to Southfields Underground station and a 15-minute walk to Wimbledon Tennis Courts. We are extremely fortunate to have a very large shopping complex about a 10-minute walk away, with a cinema, supermarkets, cafes, an entertainment centre, bowling, coffee shops, and restaurants. Southfields underground station is really convenient for guests wanting to visit the world-class museums at South Kensington.

Guests have flexible self-check-in for their convenience, and the hosts will always try to accommodate early or late check-in/out where possible. There is also an extra locked bedroom where the hosts store their personal belongings.
