The Space:
Perfectly positioned just a 5-minute stroll from West Cliff Beach, this charming, spacious apartment places you right at the heart of Whitby’s stunning coastline and historic attractions. From Swift View, you can wander along the seafront, visit Whitby West Pier Lighthouse within 10 minutes, or explore the Captain Cook Memorial Museum and the town’s quaint streets on the East side of town.
Inside, the apartment combines comfort with modern touches. Modern electric radiators throughout keep you nice and warm. The bright sitting area, complete with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, and amazing sea views is the ideal spot to relax after a day of adventure.
Step out onto your large private balcony to enjoy the sea views and fresh sea air, and in the summer watch the swifts fly by.
Or unwind in the bathroom featuring a tub, separate shower, and complimentary amenities.
The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home, with an induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kitchenware, and tea and coffee making facilities on hand. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast before heading out or enjoying a cosy dinner in, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Swift View boasts three double bedrooms, two of which have French doors that open on to the private balcony and have wonderful sea views. The third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and separate private balcony with views over to Whitby Abbey.

Access to Swift View is via a key safe box. Further instructions will be provided prior to check-in.
On-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis for one vehicle only. We also provide a parking scratch card for your stay which gives you free parking in the W zones.

The North Yorkshire Moors Railway can also be accessed from Whitby Train Station. Take a historic steam journey to the market town of Pickering, and visit the countryside villages of Goathland, Grosmont and Levisham.
A number of bus routes operate in Whitby offering access to Guisborough, Leeds, Loftus, Malton, Middlesbrough, Scarborough and York.
