This lovely room has an authentic period feel, with an original fireplace and feature ‘electric wood-burner', a pine extendable dining table and dining chairs for 6 guests plus a bench to sit 2 more guests. Dresser with books and games.

A quality ‘Shaker Style' fitted kitchen with ‘wood block effect' worktops. Back door opening onto the rear enclosed yard and through to the separate sunny back garden.

The property has a small front garden, plus a rear enclosed yard and a separate terraced back garden. If it's windy on the beach, the sheltered and enclosed back garden is a real sun-trap through to the end of the day and has a slated sitting area suitable for having a BBQ. On road parking at the front is unrestricted.
