The interior is exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed and offers a sense of calm and sophistication and of course is fully air-conditioned throughout. All floors are travertine.

There are four double and one twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with designer fittings, travertine walls and floors and private balcony with plenty of wardrobe space and the large rooms have uninterrupted sea views. The first-floor main bedrooms have a gallery view over the glass walls of the living room. The 5th bedroom is located on the ground floor.

The games room is located on the lower ground floor, and comes complete with snooker table, table tennis, TV and gym equipment, ensuring that there is something for everyone whatever the time of day!

The villa is entered by descending a flight of steps, that lead down from its private parking area. This terrace leads to the attractive tranquil double-terraced gardens.

The open-plan living room is the ultimate place for relaxation. It's a great place to relax, or party the night away with friends and family.



Amenities/Facilities/Outside:

Steps lead down from the lounge to the huge terrace surrounding the large infinity pool, (10 x 4 metres, depth 1.55 metres), and provides breath-taking views of the crystal-clear sea. Here there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the pool as well as plenty of places to relax. The pool can also be heated in the cooler months of the season for an additional charge, please ask for more details. Alongside the pool there is a large al-fresco dining area with adjacent barbeque, where guests can enjoy meals under the shade of the pergola, whilst admiring the breath-taking panorama. For relaxation there is also an enormous roof terrace to watch the sun go down with cocktails
