Introducing Ivory Villa
Located in Perama Village, where you may find a variety of facilities within walking distance this unique home has everything you may need for an authentic holiday break. From the ample grounds to the private heated pool (can be heated with an additional fee) and children pool, the villa enclosed with a Spa Whirlpool and natural settings is a real lure for guests of all ages. An alfresco dining table with a rustic BBQ (gas), summer's eves will mostly be spent with over flame creations accompanying sunset vistas. Combining the best of local lifestyle and only 5 minutes walking distance to Perama Village, this Villa is the perfect base for whatever adventure you crave in Crete.

Offering an island summer escape and still an authentic cretan experience, this home is ideal to spend days pool side. Ensconced within a 200m2 outdoor space, this sublime house complete with 35m2 outdoor heated pool with 1.45depth, children’s pool, four seated heated Spa Whirlpool and wonderful grounds has been designed with group gatherings in mind. Ideal for family or friends ( can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds and one more guest in a couch) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some of the best outdoor surroundings. Stylish, the home idyllic design will create cherish holiday memories.

*The Villa is part of a Villa Complex, where one more villa is located. Each Villa has their own pool and separated facilities, kindly note that some areas are overlooked.

External Living | Private Heated Pool, Heated Spa Whirlpool, BBQ & Outdoor Dining

Set in 200m² of beautiful settings, the villa is just a few minutes walking distance to the lively village of Perama. The sublime home features a 35m² private heated swimming pool (can be heated with an additional fee), with four seater heated Spa Whirlpool and ample outdoor design-led settings. For our younger guests a children pool compartment is embellished with 0.50m depth and also a ping-pong table is available for endless games with loved ones. The pool terrace is equipped with a premium sun beds and umbrellas so you can relax all day long cherishing Cretan Summer. Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ (gas) facilities, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over. The sublime home also features and outdoor shower.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Bedroom & Bathrooms
This captivating holiday home boasts sublime interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in it’s 280m² indoor space, spreading through three floors for ultimate relaxation. The retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Entering the villa you will find a clean appeal living-cum area with a Smart 65’TV, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. A second living-cum and kitchen area is also available at the first floor making it an ideal holiday break for families. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa boasts 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. All bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. They are also fully equipped with beds (high quality natural mattresses and premium linen), design led wardrobes, wonderful settings and include air conditioning.
