Outside there is off-road parking and a rear patio with furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen is included in the rent but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.2 miles and a beach within 0.7 miles. One small well behaved pet welcome. Westbourne House is a fabulous property for a seaside escape with loved ones. There are various kid-friendly activities and adult attractions like the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa, and Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Scarborough is an excellent place for outdoor activities, including golf facilities, seaside walks along the Cleveland Way, gorgeous yachting, and championship-quality surfing.
