Hermoso hogar estilo de registro amueblado. Tiene 65 en la televisión de alta definición, 5 personas bañera de hidromasaje, barbacoa, chimenea de gas de registro, lavadora y secadora, y lavavajillas. La cocina tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y un refrigerador grande. Hay una cafetera y un horno tostador. Tenemos 3 dormitorios con cama King en dormitorio principal y camas queen y camas individuales en cada uno de los otros 2 dormitorios. Hay un baño principal grande y un baño compartido conectado a ambos dormitorios. También un medio baño en la planta baja. Hay una mesa de ping pong y un juego de hockey de aire en la sala de juegos.

A poca distancia del parque de Boulder Bay con kayak, trineo en bicicleta y alquiler de tablas de remo a una cuadra de distancia. Parque tiene un gran muelle de pesca y áreas de picnic con baños. Muchas rutas de senderismo y lugares de trineo están cerca. Alpine parque acuático y tubos de nieve un par de kilómetros de distancia. Estaciones de esquí cerca con parada de autobús justo en frente que te lleva allí o a la hermosa zona del centro con muchos buenos restaurantes y grandes tiendas en elegantes boutiques.

Beautiful cabin. Not quite as thrilled with the lot and immediate surrounding area. Really nice cabin, available host and priced reasonably.

Fun Retreat in the Mountains

Great location and having the hot tub and game room was nice to keep the family entertained. There was plenty of space to spread out, but also plenty of areas to spend time together. Boulder Bay Park was very close (walkable if you wanted but we drove as it was a little far if you are bringing things with you). The Mineshaft Coaster/Alpine Slide and The Village were a short drive away. We had a really nice stay.

The place has a great lay out and lots of room for guests. It is one half of a duplex as stated in other reviews but not touched on in the listing. First off, we had issues with the check in. I was told the door code would be one thing, but it was not working. When trying to get ahold of someone like the 24/7 regional agent, didn't go well as they did not respond for a few hours. The two other phone numbers listed were disconnected. We got a hold of the property owner by the Ring door bell but all other methods didn't work. We were provided with an alternative code.The unit it self was mostly clean, at least where it counts (kitchen, bathrooms, bedding)However there are a myriad of things that need fixing. Anything you touch may or may not break ir fall off. Most things mounted to the wall were not done correctly with proper drywall anchors. Door hinges are loose on the frames causing the bottom of doors to drag and be difficult to close. Drawer handles pop off, all the cookware needed repairs before it could be used. A chair has a leg broken and is a hazard to use. The list of things like this goes on. The good though: Tv(s) worked, hot tub worked and seemed clean, HVAC worked, game room was great, couches were good.Over all lots of small maintence things that accumulate and add up, and the checkin and checkout steps need better clarity guarantee of working. (Listing details says checkout is 11 am, owner messaged saying its at 10 am the day before)

Perfect Thanksgiving Retreat

This cabin was fantastic, and we’d stay again. While it’s a duplex, it does not feel like it. The interior is spacious and comfortable. We stayed there with our three kids (10, 13, 15) and my elderly parents. It’s a joy to discover all the details in the decor that exude life in Big Bear. We used the hot tub every night. The cabin is a short walk to Boulder Bay, where there is a nice park. I would recommend this cabin to everyone.

Very mountainous feel.

Enjoyed ourselves very much. Everything was very nice and just as it was advertised. My only advise would be upgrading the pots and pans a bit. We made do and had a great time. Thanks for your hospitality!

Amazing property in Big Bear

My family and I rented this property for a short ski trip after Christmas. It was fantastic and we will absolutely return in the future. The layout of the cabin/home was excellent. It has a ton of space but still felt cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked. We used the hot tub and game room often. The property manager was attentive and communicated well. We had a blast.

Big bear 2024

Had a wonderful 3 day vacation at this beautiful cabin. Exactly like pictures. It was clean and exxerything worked. Beautiful master bathroom! Took a nice soak in the tub after working all week. Only thing not disclosed is it being a duplex. No one stayed in other unit while we were there so I can't comment on sound traveling through the walls. Had a wonderful time. Would definately recommend to others.

BEAUTIFUL CABIN!

Everything was perfect! I love that everything is labeled, you're not wondering if trying to figure anything out, everything is so user friendly. It made out stay here so perfect like I'd we lived here because we knew exactly how everything worked. It's very comfy, cozy, literary felt right at home. The pictures on vrbo do no justice. Thank you Woody for being a great host & sharing your cabin with us! We'll definitely be back!

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

We had a wonderful time with a surprise snow storm. The only issues we had during our stay was no heat in the game room with missing equipment. ( no table for ping pong, balls missing for pool and no darts for the dart board.) The primary bedroom shower head is broken - the water sprays unevenly and the head needs replacing. Overall our stay was very nice and the location is perfect.

We appreciate Lisa feedback but would prefer to hear about it in a timely fashion. We have portable electric heaters available but they never asked. The ping pong table is a tabletop put on the pool table and It was there. The dart board is not mentioned on listing as we removed the darts as a safety hazard. The broken shower head was repaired as soon as we heard about it as we have spares, however it was not brought to our attention while they were there. The pool ball missing has been corrected and the maids are now checking if any are missing.

Great spot to relax and unwind!

Woody’s place was great! Lots of room to spread out, a really well stocked kitchen as far as pots/pans, tableware. Clean and private hot tub, beds and linens were comfortable, lots of towels for showers and hot tub use. Furnishings were themed to a log cabin and very comfortable, and I am pretty picky! Communication with the local manager was great and we got some great tips. Thank you, Stacey! The only very small downside is that the house is right on a pretty busy intersection, so there was somewhat constant traffic noise, though it wasn’t a huge deal if you were inside with the doors closed.

Thanks for the great compliments especially coming from as you called your self picky. On traffic it is usually not busy except on few hours Friday with arrivals and few hours Sunday with departures and that is only on busy weekends. It was unually busy due to opening of Big Bear.

Okay Cabin

This cabin was great for the amount of money I paid, unfortunately we were not very happy that it was part of a duplex unit and it was not described as such online. There was some issues when we arrived but we took care of them, cleanliness was not up to par but it was ok. Beds were really hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, everyone woke up with achy backs and complaining of not sleeping well. Jacuzzi tub was ok, but when we call the manager to see if they can clean it no one came to do it. Overall it was ok for the money.

Other reviews do not support his comments. When I asked for specifics he didn't respond. Nore did he let me or my check in person know while there. Our cleaning and spa people cleaned before arrival and are the best. We have privacy on large outdoor deck with hot tub, BBQ and deck chairs that are on opposite sides of house with garage in-between and vacant lot on side and behind. Not sure his motivation as he is a local handyman who may work for competitors.

This is a duplex. It doesn’t say that in the listing. The place could be very nice. The owners just need to take a weekend and work on things. The upstairs guest bathroom toilet did not work. It had no water in it. I emailed the owner & he offered to get a plumber out asap, but I didn’t want to deal with that while we were on vacation. So my kids used the downstairs bathroom. The master bath toilet room had no working light and no working fan. The same bathroom had no hot water in one of the sinks. The kitchen faucet was loose and made it hard to turn in and off. And the pans in the kitchen are gross and really old. I’ve seen multiple reviews about the pans. At the price I paid, they could easily buy a new set. If some basics updates were made, this place would be great. The location is really good. And it was nice having a hot tub to go in, in the evenings. They even provided sleds for the snow which was nice. But the price was hefty for the conditions.

Fabulous family vacation

This cabin was a perfect fit for my family. I was very impressed with how well everything was stocked. Really all we needed to pack was clothes and food 🥘 everything else was provided down to laundry soap 🧼 , shampoo , and every amenity that is used on a daily basis in my own home. The game room was very fun we spent hours in there with the kids. Also the few times we needed to message Woody the owner he was very responsive and took care of all of our needs we would definitely recommend this property to others !!! Great Time 😊

Great location

Great location. Short 5 minute walk to the lake. And 5 minute drive to the Village. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the wrap around deck in the morning .Then, relax and sip on a libation in the jacuzzi at night. Lovely.

Big bear trip 2022!

Me and my family had a blast. The house was very clean and cozy. The only negative issue is that it’s a duplex. Other then that no complaints. My favorite was the king bed in the master bedroom so comfortable. We had a family of 7 three adults and four kids it was perfect for all of us.

Great week with the family

The property was a short walk from Boulder Bay and a ten minute drive from surprisingly good restaurants. The hot tub was great. Comfortable beds. Laundry. Game room (we played a lot of ping pong) - nice and quiet and a relaxing time with our grown kids.

Full service marina only 1/2 mile away. Sledding in Winter or hop bus in front for Skiing, Snowboarding or tubing in winter. Great hiking is close by in the boulders that Boulder Bay is famous for.
