Loved the space! Was perfect for my family of 5 plus mother and father. Spent Thanksgiving extra-long weekend together and it was perfect. very clean house and had plenty of space for everyone. Loved the location, view of the lake and common yard area was perfect for our small dog. Loved the deck and space outside for everyone. Would definitely go back!

We had the best week! Property was very well appointed with everything that we needed along with things our dog needed. Perfect location! Spent a lot of time walking, riding bikes and being on the beach!

Spacious Villa

We had a family vacation with 5 adults and two small children. It was a great villa space wise and beautiful view with plenty of yard to play in. Pool was close and easy drive to beach! Large kitchen to cook in!

Wonderful stay in Hilton Head!

This property is such a gem! The location can’t be beat, the home itself is deceptively spacious with a lovely canal view, and if you’re traveling with dogs it is absolutely ideal. The owners thoughtfully provide everything a pup could need—bowls, beds, and more. Everything in this home is clearly labeled for ease of use, and the owners provide all the information you could need go ensure a comfortable stay. We would gladly visit again, my daughter didn’t want to leave!

Peaceful Stay on the Lagoon

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this house on the lagoon. The house was bigger than expected, and the space was clean. The owners thought of everything, and the house was very well stocked!  Perfect place for a family and pup. There were plenty of items for our pup including a kennel. The beach was just a short drive/bike ride away. We spent our week fishing, hanging out at the beach, riding bikes, and playing pickleball. Palmetto Dunes has everything you need. Communication with the host was great. Five stars! We will be back!

Short Stay

The unit was overall extremely nice and well put together. Unfortunately we had to leave after only being there a couple of days due to the in coming hurricane. We would definitely stay there again

Family vacation

I can’t emphasize enough how much we loved this home, the description and photos are 100% accurate. Spacious enough for our family, perfect location just about a 15 minute walk to the beach a neighborhood general store, tennis/pickleball courts, bike and outdoor activities rentals all on Palmetto Dunes. Communication with the owners was quick and always very helpful! We will make this our new vacation home anytime we can make it to the island! There is also a free shuttle within the community after a long day on the beach. As I mentioned I highly recommend this home.

Overall fantastic stay and would absolutely stay again!

First, let me start by saying the house is fantastic. The location is great. The size is perfect for larger families. We had a total of 7 people and everyone had space, even our golden retriever. I love that the front entry is tucked back so you a good amount of privacy at the front entry, while the back deck has gorgeous views of the lagoon. The layout of the home is large and inviting. The kitchen opens up to the whole down stairs area which was perfect for game nights or relaxing around the couches. The master bedroom is very spacious with its own on suite and two large closets for putting your luggage and/or clothes away. The upstairs has two large rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The location is amazing. A short bike ride and you are on the beach. The Palmetto Dune group made some very nice upgrades to the bike parking area which was much needed. In addition to riding to the beach, the area itself is perfect for family bike rides with designated bike paths and crossings (it is one of our favorite parts of staying in the Palmetto Dunes area). We really appreciated the owners having a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards, as it was one less thing we needed to being with us. As for the owners, they have outstanding communication and were able to address any issues quickly.

Great vaca

My family and i were here for our yearly vaca. First.time to HHI. Place was impeccably clean! Owner was supper communicative! Location is pretty good in palmetto dunes. Shuttle to beach. Convient to kroger/shelter cove. Over all convenient but would have liked a little closer to the beach. (0.9 mi isnt terrible, and as mentioned there is a free shuttle!) Overall a great place. Would definitely stay here again next time we came to HHI!

We couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy this perfect location in Queens Grant. We know how important "fur" babies are! We think HHI has the best beaches and golf! We have always loved the Palmetto Dunes area and the tranquility it has brought us. Biking to the beach and the general store will become a family favorite.
The layout of the Queens Grant Villas have appealed to us the most as we have stayed in many of the areas in Palmetto Dunes. Bright and very peaceful.
