Bungalow (approx. 35 square meters): one bedroom with a double bed and closet, small bedroom with bunk beds, complete set of linens
bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower, 2 complimentary towels), kitchen with refrigerator, sink, gas stove, table with 4 chairs, and outdoor table, air conditioning. The daily rate includes water, electricity, gas, bedding (pillows, pillowcases, sheets, blankets), and kitchenware (glasses, plates, pots, cutlery, cups). Minimum stay of 3 nights (4 nights during high season).
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Bicycle rentals and laundry service are available for a fee;
Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are allowed;
They must be kept on a leash; any damage to property or holes in the garden will be charged. PET FEE: flat rate of €25.00.
The tourist tax is €1.00 per person per day; children under 12 are exempt from the tax; payment must be made in cash.
The beach is located approximately 300 meters away. Supermarkets and restaurants are located approximately 200 meters away. On the property, there is a small green park with a barbecue and picnic tables for outdoor lunches or dinners, a playground, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.
The units are handed over clean and in working order; guests are asked to return them in good condition.
