Vista Mar y Volcán, confort y relax

Villa Vista Mar y Volcán, es una hermosa vivienda con vistas al volcán y al mar, ideal para unas vacaciones en familia y amigos, ubicada en una zona residencial y tranquila. Sus estancias son espaciosas, ofreciendo un lugar ideal para unas excelentes vacaciones.



La casa está en Playa Blanca, a 5 minutos caminando del Volcán Montaña Roja y a 10 minutos del mar.



La casa tiene capacidad para 6 personas y todas las estancias están en la misma planta, a excepción de la piscina que hay que bajar unas escaleras.

Posee 3 dormitorios, 2 de ellos dobles y uno en suite con cama de matrimonio y baño. Otro baño entre las dos habitaciones y un amplio salón-comedor. Cocina independiente totalmente equipada. con: vitrocerámica, nevera, congelador, microondas, horno, lavavajillas, cafetera cásica, cafetera de filtro y de cápsulas Dolce Gusto, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.



Dispone de un pequeño jardín y una piscina grande, que se accede desde la terraza que tiene bonitas vistas, mesa y sillas y un sofá. En la zona de la piscina hay barbacoa y mobiliario para poder comer o cenar, bajo una sombrilla. La piscina puede ser climatizada en invierno por un coste adicional de 120€ a la semana.



En la casa dispone de: lavadora y cuarto de lavandería con recipientes para reciclaje, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado en todos los dormitorios, aparatos eléctricos anti-mosquitos, mosquiteras en los dormitorio, Smart TV y canales satelite (Idiomas: Español, Inglés, Alemán, Francés) y acceso internet gratis (wifi).



Suministramos toallas de ducha, playa y ropa de cama.



Alojamiento de 140 m² amueblado con gusto y moderno, confortable y luminoso, con todas las estancias al exterior.

Se encuentra a 150 m del supermercado, 200 m del parque acuático, 300 m de la playa de la costa, 500 m de la playa de arena, 1 km de la estación de autobuses, 1 km de la ciudad, 33 km del aeropuerto.



La casa tiene aparcamiento disponible siempre en la vía pública, ya que es una calle sin salida donde no hay tráfico alguno.



Te esperamos con un especial pack de binevenida para facilitar tu llegada: agua, cerveza., refresco, zumo, café, té y colacao para los más pequeños, zúcar, sal, chips, cookies, set básico de limpieza y amenities de aloe (gel y champú).

Beautiful and tastefully decorated villa

The villa completely met our expectations. All the rooms were nicely decorated. The swinging pool and garden were very nice and cleaned every 3-4 days. We enjoyed our stay very much and intend to return in winter. Playa Blanca's center can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. The Spanish beds are a little bit smaller than in Netherlands and the mattresses are on the hard side. A topper on the mattress would help.

Vista Mar y Volcan - March 2023

This is a high quality villa in a quiet area of Playa Blanca. The end to end service offered by Monica and Bettina at We Love Tourism was superb, very efficient and professional. We booked directly as opposed to using the larger worldwide booking sites. The villa is spacious, comfortable, with fast wifi if needed. The pool area (which is not overlooked) is surrounded by a high wall which offers protection from the wind. A wonderful 10 day stay, thank you.

Fabulous!

The house was beautiful. It's got fantastic views and is excellently located for the town. We had a car but there are taxis nearby or maybe a 30 minute walk. The pool area is so private and a brilliant sun trap. Very comfy sunbeds! Everything we needed was here and Bettina kept in touch with us to check everything was ok. I'd highly recommend it. One thing we could have done with was a clothes horse. There is a great utility area but when we wanted to dry things and it was raining there was nowhere to hang them. It would be nice to be able to put them out in the sun.

Fabulous!

A beautiful villa with stunning views that we never tired of. The pool area and garden is not overlooked and is in the sun all day. The pool was cleaned twice during our 9 day stay and the garden is kept very well maintained. The villa is very well equipped, bright and extremely clean. Some snacks and drinks were awaiting us on our arrival which was a lovely touch. There is a supermarket a short walk away but we had hired a car so used the supermarkets in Playa Blanca and surrounding areas. There was always space to park outside the villa. There are several shops and restaurants a short drive away and the bus stop and taxi rank are a few minutes walk away. Bettina and her colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly with the couple of enquiries we had and responded promptly and efficiently. This is a beautiful villa and a wonderful place to holiday. We would highly recommend this property. If we had to make any suggestions for improvements they are only minor. The light outside the front door is quite dim and at night time it can be difficult to unlock the front door. Also, a mirror on one of the bedroom walls would be ideal to enable hair drying in an air conditioned room. These are just minor suggestions and would not impact our decision on booking this amazing villa again.

About the outside front door light, we try not to put lights too bright because we are very conscious of light pollution, but perhaps we need a more powerful light, we will take that into account.
