Floor-to-ceiling doors flood the space with natural light and lead to a balcony offering breathtaking city skyline views. The apartment boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen ideal for home-cooked meals, along with a dining table, sofa, armchair, and TV. Stay connected with high-speed broadband and a smart TV loaded with catch-up apps. The comfortable bed is dressed in crisp hotel-quality linens, with plush towels provided for your convenience. The contemporary bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, and complimentary toiletries for a refreshing stay.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 30 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or tram ride away. Close to the canal, as well as a couple of parks, there are plenty of nearby places to enjoy an evening walk and some fresh air. There is a Tesco and a Co-op supermarket within a 2 minute walk.



Getting Around:

Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 30 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or 15 minute tram journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.



Other Things to Note:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
