Efficient flat
The flat was great for a short stay! It had everything we were looking for and was in a perfect location if arriving by train. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Overall the apartment is ok. The location is good, the cleanliness could be improve a bit, but not that bad. The communication with the agency/owner is good, but the service if needed is not appropriate. We had trouble with AC and it never got repaired while we were there, so we were entitled to a very small compensation for all the trouble.If you do not mind not having an AC working properly, then this place is good and quiet and footsteps away from the two subway lines. If the AC gets repaired, then it's hard not to like this place. Not big, but it does the job for visiting PARIS. They could also provide more pillows it would help.
