The Play School is a recently built 2 bedroom house designed to accommodate the playschool that I run during term time and a spacious holiday home in the summer months. Therefore this property provides a lot of fun play areas inside and in the garden for family with young children.

​​​​​​​This holiday home is located in the beautiful Irish Country Side, with scenic and rugged views of fields, pastures and original stone walls of Clare, with Atlantic Ocean in the distance. We are just 10 minutes drive from Lahinch, popular for it’s surfing and golf. Only 5 minutes away from Miltown Malbay, where ’The Willie Clancy Festival’ is organised and you can experience unforgettable Irish Music. This newly build house is in the close proximity to the 300 years old renovated Kilfarboy farm house, surrounded by a big garden teaming with wild life and trees. You are welcome to pick fresh vegetables and fruit growing in the garden and polytunnel, also borrow a surf board if you fancy taking on the waves. Enjoy spacious, modern kitchen living and dining area with incorporated large ‘play area’ for young members of the family. If you are looking for a peaceful country escape or active family getaway, then we believe this property is going to fulfil your expectations.

The owners live in the adjacent property, which is also rented out as a self catering property during July and August.

Early check-in and late check-out options are available during booking but may be cancelled if we have a same-day arrival or departure. In such cases, any extra fee will be fully refunded.

Children and babies are welcome, but please note:
Our properties are not childproof (no stair gates, cupboard locks, etc.).

We do not provide baby cots or highchairs, but guests may bring their own.

Adult supervision is required at all times, especially near stairs, open fires, or outdoor areas.

If you book after 5:00 PM for same-day arrival, please call us immediately after booking to arrange key collection and check-in instructions.
