Entrance via the staircase on the side of the chalet or through the garage on the first floor. Garage with ski storage, a seating area, and a dartboard. A second ski storage room/laundry room with a washer and dryer. A TV lounge with a seating area featuring a sleeper sofa. A sauna with a shower and sink.

On the first floor:
An entryway with a hallway leading to the living area. A living room with a workspace and a seating area by the fireplace (firewood included).
