The lounge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television. There is a Pellet Stove in the lounge. Wood Pellets are not included in the nightly price and are available for an additional charge of 5 euros for a bag of Wood Pellets paid directly to the owner upon delivery.

From the lounge you can access the balcony which has lovely views of the countryside.

- There are Electric Vehicle Charging Stations located in Giat, Crocq & Aubusson. Guests with Electric Vehicles are NOT ALLOWED to charge their vehicles from the Gite.

Merinchal is 2.6 kilometres from the property and has a self service fuel station, mini market, pharmacy, post office, butchers & a small restaurant/ tabac.
