Courchevel 1850 is undeniably one of Europe’s finest ski destinations, with access to the whole of Les Trois Vallées, the largest linked ski area in the world. Chalet Axel is perfectly situated for enjoying the delights of this glamourous resort, from its high-end boutiques, Michelin-starred restaurants and casino to the 150km of pistes in Courchevel alone.
You’ll love to return to Chalet Axel after a thrilling day on the slopes. The ground-floor spa boasts a spacious Hammam and a chromotherapy jacuzzi to soothe those tired legs.
The main living areas have a fairy-tale ambiance, with heavy rustic timbers and a superb feature fireplace. Snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire. This sociable open-plan space opens onto the outside deck and is also home to the dining area and a sunny breakfast nook.
The well-appointed bedrooms are all en-suite and the master suite has an additional dressing area. Tucked away on the mezzanine level, the fifth bedroom offers a little extra privacy.
Chalet Axel is a wonderful chalet for up to ten guests. It has a homely and welcoming ambiance and enjoys a truly excellent location in this famed ski resort.
