An ideal holiday for lovers of nature, silence, and breathtaking sunsets.
Splendid villa immersed in a chestnut forest, ideal for short walks or more challenging hikes.

Located just 7 km from the sea, it allows you to easily reach the most famous seaside resorts in Liguria such as Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Camogli, Sestri Levante, and the Cinque Terre.

During the summer season, those seeking peace and relaxation can unwind by the small pool overlooking the sea, organize outdoor barbecues, make pizza in the wood-fired oven, or play a game of ping pong.

In spring and autumn, the veranda, heated by a romantic French cast iron stove, allows you to enjoy the view of the Gulf of Tigullio.

The pool is equipped with a timed electric purifier and is deep enough for a refreshing dip in the summer. It can be used from June to September.

A beautiful lush garden extends over six large levels connected by slate-tiled stairs with panoramic views.
A path through the woods (Via dell'Ardesia) allows you to reach the top of Mount San Giacomo and from there, keeping to the ridge from one mountain to the other, you can reach Sestri Levante enjoying an enchanting view of the Gulf of Tigullio.

You'll have the entire house at your disposal and can share it with your travel companions.
Dogs are welcome guests.

A lovely and well stocked home. The home was spacious and supplied with everything you could need to make your stay very comfortable. The best part of the house was the hilltop view of the Ligurian Sea. Winding down at the end of the day with a homecooked meal, a glass of wine and a breathtaking view of the sea was wonderful. The mountain road leading to the house was narrow at times, but very doable with some practice and increased confidence. For those traveling from North America who might not be used to narrow roads, keep that in mind and enjoy the new experience of driving on Italian roads and don't rent a large car;)

Dear Geir, thank you for your review. We appreciate your suggestions that will allow us to improve our hospitality. We will add some more pots and we will take care of the fan and of the house cleaning. About the Air Conditioning, in the house description, paragraph services, it was already written that it is available on the 2 rooms at the upper floor, since we installed it in the house. We installed it there, because they are the warmest rooms of the house, while the others have larger walls and so not so warm. By the way we will consider this suggestion too, and for the next year we will add the air conditioning at the middle floor too. Thanks and best regards. Raffaele

A great view!

We spent a wonderful week in the house. The setup was a good fit for 8 people. The patio is beautiful with a great sea and Mountain view. The house is well kept and check in and out was friendly and super easy.

Beautiful view

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every evening we spent in the villa. The view from the terrace is probably the best you can get in the area. During our vacation the contact with the hosts was very easy and they catered to our needs as quick as possible. Both Genova and Cinque Terre are about 45 minutes away by car and make for a nice trip, so overall 10/10 would stay again.

The house offers great potential and have a truly magical view. The road leading up to the property is somewhat dramatic, but one quickly gets used to it - and the views along the way are absolutely breathtaking. We had some small issues during our stay but the owner and onsite staff were very accommodating, and the issues that arose were promptly addressed.Overall, we spent two wonderful weeks at the house.

Bella villa

Smooth check-in and check-out to the residence. Good communication with the landlord, friendly. Nice pool where the children swam all the time and the adults too. Good barbecue facilities and pizza oven which we took advantage of. Good, fully equipped kitchen. Lovely surroundings and large plot, beautiful view. Good parking for the cars on the plot. Perfect accommodation for big family (we were seven).

This little villa on top of the hill has breathtaking views, cool breezes and a perfect plunge pool. There are great spaces to gather a group or have some private time. We loved cooking in the outside pizza oven area. It’s a windy drive but with it. Bravo! Ciao.

Delighted about the house, the view, the service, very nice experience at the levante coast

We stayed with our family in the week of 2 sept 2023 and we would absolutely want to come back to this house and this place next summer. The house is clean and well equiped as described, with enough space for a small group. The terraces are very nice with a breath taking view over Chiavari & Lavagna and the medit. sea. You could look all evening to the sunset over Portofino just from the side of the pool. One minor point: staying one week is not enough. ;-) Friendly welcoming and great service is arranged by the owner in case one has questions. Always fast response and very helpfull!

House with a spectaculair sea-view

The house was beautifull and it has enough space for multiple people. There is a lot of outside space, with a lovely small-swimmingpool and cold shower to enjoy during hot days. The view is unique with the sea infront of you and Portofino in the distance. Our dog was able to walk around free, because the entire garden is fenced. Chiavari, the city that is close to the house, is a lovely hidden treasure that you should visit. To have the spectaculair sea-view, there is a daring drive up the hill, but you get used to it, and it’s worth the view from the house you get. The service around te house is very friendly and helpfull when you’re in need of something. All in all: we had a lovely Italian summer in ‘Il Cin’.

Let op! Er staat airconditioning, maar dit is NIET in de hele woning. Slechts in 2 van de 4 slaapkamers. Verder niet. De locatie is echt geweldig! Op een hoge berg met weinig inkijk, heerlijk zwembad, mooie natuur en het uitzicht is fenomenaal! Je kijkt helemaal naar Portofino. Verder vonden wij de douche 2e verdieping boven niet zo goed werken en dit ook doorgegeven. Het zou heel fijn als alle ramen horrengaas kregen, zodat je alles open kan zetten zonder grote beesten in huis.

Wir (vierköpfige Familie mit kleinem Hund) haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in "Il Gin" verbracht. Das Haus und der Ausblick auf den Golf von Tigullio mit Portofino war noch besser als erwartet und einfach traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise neu, wie zB die super ausgestattete Küche. Wer sich selbst versorgen möchte vermisst wirklich nichts. Es gibt im Haus und im Außenbereich sehr viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, je nach Wetter und Temperatur. Leider war der Pool erst aufgrund von Instandsetzungsarbeiten erst in der zweiten Woche nutzbar, wir haben dies mit Ausflügen zur Spiaggia libera (Hundestrand Lido di Fido) in Chiavari ausgeglichen und hatten auch großen Spaß an der Tischtennisplatte.Die Auffahrt ab San Salvatore haben wir als problemlos empfunden, allerdings kommen wir aus einer Bergregion. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, vor Ort haben sich Ksenja und Mattia sehr nett und aufmerksam um uns gekümmert. Zwei gute Supermärkte sind in einer Viertelstunde zu erreichen (Basko in San Salvatore und IperCoop in Carasco). Chiavari ist hübsch und angenehm untouristisch und man ist fast nur unter Italiener*innen, was wir sehr genossen haben. Alles in allem ein Traumurlaub, Grazie mille Raffaele!

Das Haus liegt in einer atemberaubenden Lage! Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und neu eingerichtet. Wirklich super! Vielen Dank an Ksenja, die uns empfangen hat. Und auch ein Dankeschön an Raffael, der sichtlich bemüht ist, ein wahres Schmuckstück zu kreieren. Absolut gelungen!!!! Die Kommunikation mit Raffael und Ksenja war ebenfalls super! - Alle Bilder entsprechen dem aktuellen Stand.- Man bucht die Unterkunft wegen dem Ausblick und der Ruhe, deshalb ist eine verlängerte Anfahrt aus der Stadt selbstverständlich.- Fahrzeit 10 min in die Stadt, enge Serpentinen, aber für normale Autofahrer kein Problem (!).- ... wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns täglich über den Ausblick erfreut.

Der Aufenthalt ist sehr angenehm. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind, wie der gesamte Komplex, einfach perfekt. Einzig die Auffahrt auf den Monte San Giacomo ist ab und zu ein wenig abenteuerlich. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Objekt in bester Lage mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, aber auch vielen Rückzugsorten sollte manmal eine Auszeit brauchen.

Wir (2 Familien) haben zwei schöne Wochen in The Cin verbracht. Das Haus hatte alles, was in Küche u Haushalt benötigt wird. Der Ausblick war spitze und auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter aus dem Wintergarten zu genießen. Die Gastgeber haben immer wieder nachgefragt, ob sie etwas für uns tun können. Einzig die Auffahrt ist nervenaufreibend, da sehr eng und steil. Je höher u länger das Auto, desto kniffliger!

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in the Cin verbracht. Bei durchgehend gutem und nicht zu heißem Wetter, konnten wir das tolle Grundstück und den kleinen Pool gut nutzen. Die Aussicht ist Abend für Abend grandios! Unbedingt ein Fernglas mitbringen! Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Was man etwas berücksichtigten muss, ist die Fahrt zum Haus über teilweise sehr enge Serpentinen. Der Treff vor Ort am Euronics in SanSalvatore war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und die kleine Rundführung und Einweisung am Ziel perfekt. Als Urlaubsauto sollte man max. mit 5m Auto ankommen, da man ansonsten oben nicht wenden kann. Unser Fahrzeug mit 4,98m (ähnlich VW Bus T6) dürfte das Maximum sein, was auf der kleinen Einfahrtsfläche am Berg noch zu drehen ist ... vorwärts in den Weg zum Haus rein fahren und rückwärts um den Baum wenden. Wenn man es drei Mal gemacht hat ist es einfach. Vielen Dank auch an den netten Nachbarn Mattia, der uns zwei Mal aus der Patsche helfen konnte. Ich empfehle den Pizzaofen zu nutzen, meine erste selbst gebackene Steinofen Pizza war sehr lecker und macht Lust auf mehr.Ausflüge empfehlen sich in die Berge, an einen der Stände und unbedingt nach CiqueTerre! Mit dem Auto bis Lavento fahren und dort am Bahnhof oder am Strand parken, CinqueTerre Eintritt im Bahnhof kaufen und mit der Bahn zu den fünf bezaubernden Orten fahren.

Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen in the Cin verbracht. Bei durchgehend gutem Wetter, konnten wir das tolle Grundstück und den kleinen Pool nutzen. Die Aussicht ist grandios! Die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig.Was man wirklich berücksichtigten muss, ist die Fahrt zum Haus über teilweise sehr enge Straßen/Serpentinen. Bei Gegenverkehr kommt man ganz schön ins Schwitzen!
