Great space for 4 people. We appreciated having 2 bathrooms. Beautiful views and lots of restaurants, shops and sight seeing within walking distance.

Very nice, clean apartment, right on the lake!! Great restaurants and Cafe right out the front door! Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view overlooking the lake. You are conveniently located on a square with ample restaurants, a bakery, and Gelateria nearby. Parking is close by and convenient with the host’s parking pass - highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay near the lake in Arona.

The apartment is exactly as listed with the amazing view from the balcony. Location is very central, everything on your doorstep. Evita the property manager is outstanding - she helped us so much with transfers, restaurant recommendations etcThe apartment is clean and comfortable.

This property is beautiful, hanging over the lake. It is located on a fun plaza with restaurants and bars. The bedrooms were quiet. Kitchen is limited if that is important to you. Be aware that the apartment is located in a ZTL / No Parking zone. No cars are allowed into the plaza. You will need to park at the lot up the street and bring your luggage down to the plaza. A parking permit is provided that you take back up to your car. I think there might be issues with parking availability in the summer but we didn't have any problems. At one point the ZTL sign turned green (allows entry) and we were able to bring the car down to load when we left.Easy checkin, great communication. Balcony was outstanding over the lake and views across lake from apartment were beautiful.

A lovely cosy apartment with amazing views right on the lake in the centre of Arona! Cafes and restaurants are at your doorstep yet it’s quiet and peaceful. There’s a bakery/deli/bar near the front door that is open all day and late at night during summer which is perfect if you want to spontaneously buy snacks (pastries, ham and bread) or a variety of drinks anytime. On check in, a bottle of Prosecco was kindly provided in the fridge for us! Grazie! :)Wifi and air con worked well (though the air con in the queen bed room is very noisy). We couldn’t find one, but a clothes drying rack would be handy, if you want to handwash clothes because unfortunately there is no washing machine. There is a good laundromat with a friendly owner Gabriel about 10-15 minutes walk away (near the local carrefour express), where we did some laundry.Communication prior to check in and throughout our stay was with Patrizia from Happy Rentals who was very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp plus she kindly organised our private car transfer to Stresa on the day we checked out. Getting a taxi on demand in Arona isn’t easy so you need to pre-book transfers yourself or with Happy Rentals in advance. The train station is a 10 minute walk and if you have your own car, there’s plenty of free car parking nearby. Grazie mille to Patrizia! We had a wonderful stay in Arona. We recommend this apartment for couples or a family with 2 or 3 children. It’s in a perfect location for a relaxing holiday!

Immaculate, Comfortable Apartment in Fabulous location

I can't say enough good things about this property! First of all: Location, Location, Location! The view from the balcony overlooking the lake is stunning. The apartment is situated on a charming piazza loaded with cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating. A couple minute walk to more restaurants with lake side seating, and to charming shops. The property was just as pictured. Large enough to accommodate 5 adults comfortably, and everything was immaculate. Evita, the manager, was incredibly helpful. She was available for help with transportation, restaurant recommendations, questions about the utilities. She even arranged to stop in and check on us after we settled in. Check in was easy; the directions were easy to follow and the key was in the lock box. I hope to return to Arona again, and when I do, I hope to stay in this apartment again!
