A sunny, studio flat, on the first floor of a traditional residence in northern Chamonix, this is an ideal base for exploring the Mont Blanc region at any time of year.
In contrast to the residence’s traditional architecture, the studio’s décor is contemporary and full of textures. The spacious living area has a sofa and a large glass window, with views out over the mountains. The dining table, for 4 people, is next to the open-plan kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge, fondue and kettle.

Location
The apartment is located between Chamonix (8 minutes) and Argentière (a 6-minute drive), with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities. Chamonix is well-known for the wide variety of both winter and summer activities on offer. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sledging and ice skating. The Grands Montets cable car station (6 minutes) takes visitors up to the high slopes for skiing or hiking, depending on the time of year.
In the summer months, there are numerous options including hiking and biking, rock climbing, mountaineering and white-water rafting. Chamonix golf club is just a 2-minute drive. Accro’ Parc at Lac des Gaillands (an 11-minute drive) is a great day out.
The area has many fine restaurants and bars, which will suit all budgets and ages. For self-catering – Chamonix market in Place du Mont Blanc (6 minutes) takes place every Saturday. Argentière market is every Sunday morning. Both offer the chance to pick up the best, freshest local ingredients. Geneva airport is a 1 hour and 15-minute drive from the apartment. Whilst Les Tines railway station, which offers free train services to other resorts on the Mont Blanc Express, is just a 2-minute walk away.
