Villa Laura, a detached home with complete and modern furnishings—a green oasis just a stone’s throw from the city. Events can be organized by mutual agreement. The apartment is approximately 150 square meters, featuring a veranda covered by a wooden canopy and fully lit, facing a large lawn the size of a soccer field—also well-lit—and an olive grove of about 500 square meters. The apartment is on the first floor, detached, and modern in style, with a Smart TV in every bedroom, free Wi-Fi with fiber-optic internet, and a kitchen fully equipped with utensils and all necessary accessories. Two sun loungers and two bicycles are available, and shared with Villa Costanza are a ping-pong table and a 10-square-meter rubber mat, 2.5 cm thick, for physical activity or for children to play safely. Outside, there is a second kitchen with an electric stovetop, double sink, barbecue, and a large wood-fired pizza oven. The doors meet accessibility standards, allowing for unrestricted movement throughout the house with a wheelchair. Pets are welcome and can move about freely and safely thanks to a double fence.
Villa Laura is located in Bari, within a vast olive grove spanning approximately 10,000 meters, near the city’s highway loop, at Exit No. 15 on Via Gentile, a convenient transportation hub for all directions, on a private road near Campo Bellavista—home to Apulia’s most important track and field competitions—and a supermarket. The area features a large shopping center, “La Mongolfiera,” and the Regional Government Building. Within a 6-minute drive, you can reach IKEA, the Palaflorio, the Acqua Park, the Baia San Giorgio beach resort, the Showville multiplex, Paintball Extreme, the Triggiano Bowling Alley, the Montecolucci Equestrian Club, and the ice rink. The closest access to the beach on foot is via the Torre Quetta underpass, which connects the Apulia Regional Government headquarters to the stop on the Torre Quetta waterfront.
