Located on a hillside overlooking the port of Agios Nikolaos in Zakynthos Island, Jessica Luxury Villa provides its guests with a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea, a spectacular infinity swimming pool, unique spaces and superb decoration – which combines the Mediterranean aesthetic with comfort and beauty.

Jessica Luxury Villa is built upon a hill, on a 4 acre plot of land. The building itself measures 200 square meters, ensuring maximum comfort and sleeping up to 12 guests. Walking through the villa’s main entrance on the ground floor, the guests will discover the vast living room – which is perfectly combined with the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. A bar with welcome drinks and a welcome basket with refreshments, beers, wine, juices, spices, sugar, eggs, jam, olive oil and many more, await the guests upon their arrival.

Jessica Luxury Villa features large windows, so that both the sunlight and the Ionian blue color its spaces.

Jessica Luxury Villa offers three bedrooms in the main villa, each with its own private bathroom; two bedrooms are equipped with a queen-sized bed each, whereas the third features two single beds (which of course can be combined into a queen-sized one). One bedroom is master, with its bathtub having a whirlpool option. Upon request, two foldable beds can be added to the bedrooms, in order to accommodate two more guests.

The ground floor apartment, which is available for more than 9 guests, offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes 1 queen bed and the second one two single beds. The bedroom with the queen bed has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the ground floor provides a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a shower.

Stepping outside, the fantastic veranda offers a grill, a built BBQ (sheltered, with a wood oven), a kitchen, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan and a dining table. Of course, there is the swimming pool – a marvelous spectacle of unique luxury, daily tended and cleaned, offering full privacy and a wooden platform with a table.
