We offer our guests a completely independent villa with garden and sea view, in a fresh but sunny position, renovated in 2013. It goes without saying that the sea of ​​the island is clear and transparent, in Sant'Andrea however, it seems to blend in with the sky giving the impression of swimming in the air. For nature lovers, this area is a paradise: the Mediterranean scrub that enriches it makes spring the best time to savor its scents and colors. Here you can enjoy the authentic Elba, that of slow rhythms and quiet, the smell of holm oaks and olive trees, intimate coves and beaches, panoramic coastal roads, postcard horizons and sunsets: a true museum in open sky! We are in the area dominated by Monte Capanne, which also offers splendid opportunities for lovers of outdoor sports, from hiking to cycling to climbing ... The hills of Tuscany with the Caribbean sea, the perfect combination!

The bay of Sant'Andrea offers an equipped beach, with the possibility of renting canoes, rafts, wind surfing and a diving center, there is also a part of the free beach with a natural swimming pool perfect for children.

Beyond the cape you enter an area of ​​white rocks, wide and flat that slope down towards the sea, a unique feature of this area.

We are in the area dominated by Monte Capanne, which also offers splendid opportunities for lovers of outdoor sports, the island is a maze of trails for mountain biking and hiking lovers. There are also sport climbing walls, even overlooking the sea!
At 450 m from the house, there is the beach of Sant’Andrea. The beach is sandy and equipped, in the free part, there is a sheltered area perfect for the little ones.
Even if you are a sand lover, try to take a ride on the rocks there are paths that start both to the right and to the left of the beach and lead to the area of ​​white rocks that slope gently towards the sea. Snorkeling is highly recommended: white breams, sea bream, damselfish, garfish ... beautiful seabed, transparent waters!

The road on the right, after a part of rocks, leads to another beach, the Cotoncello, which is very pretty.

Other nearby beaches are Fetovaia and Cavoli, splendid water! They are located on the south coast of the island (follow the road from Marciana towards Pomonte).
The beauty of the island is that, if the wind blows hostile, you can change sides !!
In Pomonte, a sunken wreck offers shelter to thousands of fish of all kinds, great for those who love swimming with fins and masks or diving.
Villa - 7 beds
The property is spread over two floors. The ground floor is the most rustic one, sometimes with exposed beams and a fireplace in the room. You will find a large living room with a double sofa bed, a large bedroom with three beds (two singles that can be joined together and an ottoman bed ideal for a child), the kitchen and the first bathroom completely renovated. Through an internal staircase you can access the first floor, where there is a bright double bedroom with full sea view, an environment that creates great charm thanks to the large windows and access to a wonderful terrace from which you can admire the whole bay. the second bathroom with shower also completely renovated.
The property, on the ground floor, is completed by the covered patio, which in summer can act as a panoramic dining room and the garden (about 300 square meters).

Location information:
- it can be reached from the car park with a non-driveway pedestrian path (5 minutes) and is 450 meters from the beach. The area is gently hilly, the roads are sloping, the path has a few dozen steps.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 30.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
