Great location, great views. Spacious and comfortable!Luca was a great host, extremely flexible with our check in procedure. Towel sets were packaged in bags fresh from.the laundry. Washer and dishwasher were very convenient. The terrace was HUGE and the views gorgeous. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms were great!Luca gave great ideas and personal recommendations.Walk to Tazzo Square, train station, local beaches, and the town easily.I will definitely return here when I visit again!

Perfect Sorrento Stay

Amazing place with outstanding city and ocean views from the balcony. Beautiful and well stocked interior which met all the needs of our family’s stay. Great for our small kids - crib, space to play, great balcony, and great amenities. Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Flexible and easy to communicate.

Amazing host and apartment

Luca and Tiziana were fantastic hosts the best communication from any host I have worked with. The apartment is located perfectly for everything in Sorrento and the view is amazing. On arrival the fridge was stocked with milk and some drinks as well as coffee and snacks.By far this property and hosts were the highlight of our vacation.

Great location and view

We enjoyed our stay. There is lots of room with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable couches. The beds are a but hard but that is a personnel preference. Lots of hot water and the shower had great pressure. Luca is a gracious host and available for any questions. The view from the balcony was lovely. The location is wonderful and close to the main square.

Sorrento Historic Centre

My friends and I spent five days and nights in Sorrento. Luca was so welcoming and helpful! The apartment is beautiful and we had plenty of room. It has a fantastic terrace too! The location is perfect! We walked to the train for Pompeii, walked to restaurants, shopping, and the port. Absolutely loved our stay there! And, again, Luca and his nephew Luciano were so kind and helpful to us! Highly recommend!

Wow, what a great property. Everything was as stated and then some. We were met at the train station and walked back to the apt (this was a super big plus in my opinion) and were shown around the apt. It was VERY spacious and had all of the amenities we had hoped for. They also provided some drinks and snacks, the Wi-Fi was easy and fast. The view of the Bay of Naples and Mt Vesuvius was fantastic. Super easy/close walk to the city center and train station. Close walk to the marinas for excursions to Capri, Amalfi, Positano, and Pompeii. The fragrance of the lemon and orange trees were amazing. I give this my highest recommendation. You would be hard pressed to find a better stay!!!

Beautiful apartment with spectacular view

Host Luca and cousin Tizzy were very gracious. Both checked us in and were available for entire stay. Luca walked us to Sorrento Square. Great location a few blocks from the square and train station. In a nice area. Apartment was immaculate.and just remodeled. Well stocked kitchen and nice plush towels and various types of pillows. Had welcome beverages cooled. Exceptional view with plenty of comfy chaise lounges to enjoy a spectacular view of Mt Vesuvius. . Very nicely designed. You wouldn't be disappointed. I highly recommend you staying here.

Great Stay!

This condo is in the perfect location to access all that Sorrento has to offer. Across from the bus stop to explore the coast, down the street from the marina and main shopping dining area and super close to grocery shopping for essentials. Luca was incredibly helpful with providing guidance on transport to and around Sorrento and the coast, the check-in process and a small snafu with the elevator during our stay. The unit was clean, bright and had a lovely rooftop patio. All the essentials were provided to use the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry machine (outdoor drying racks too!) It really was the icing on the cake. My friends and I enjoyed this unit and you will too. Ciao!

Great VRBO place and Best host

The apartment is beautiful. The veranda is wrap around with a view of the Mountains to the North and behind Sorrento. Marble floors, separate AC and heating. Full kitchen (we didn't use). Two bathrooms. Very large apartment. Five minute walk to Piazza Tasso and eight minute walk to train station. Luca was the best host I've had on VRBO. Constant communication and his cousin met us at the station and walked us to apartment and thru amenities. Above and beyond any other host. Offered to help with anything. We made friends ( ciao Luca and Tiziana). If I could give an eleven rating, I would. Grazie mille!

Beautiful Place, Beautiful Hosts

Staying at Luca's place was an overall wonderful experience. Unfortunately, Luca could not be there to greet us, but he sent his cousin Tiziana in place of him, and she was so wonderful. They definitely are a great team. She greeted us, answered all our questions, and checked in throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Any time we had a question whether it was about the flat or just the area in general Luca answered back immediately and even went the extra mile to send pictures and descriptions for whatever I asked him. He also would check in with me every week after I booked, to see if there was anything I needed. The flat was spotless and provided plenty of room for 5 people. Plus the view of mount Vesuvius was spectacular. Luca and Tiziana are very kind and welcoming people. We mentioned in passing that it would be my daughter's birthday while we were there, and they both made it a point to reach out and wish her a happy birthday. With the excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the main square, I highly recommend you stay here while in Sorrento. Next time I go back to Sorrento I will not hesitate to book Luca’s place.

Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!

This place is phenomenal. Spacious inside, with truly lovely decor, and very clean. The apartment is very well maintained and clearly well loved. The outdoor area is also spacious: fairly private wrap-around balcony with plenty of seating for relaxing and enjoying the sea views. The apartment is not on a main street, so it’s pleasantly calm and quiet. Yet it’s a convenient walk of only a few minutes from the train and ferry stations, and also convenient to the center of town for shopping and restaurants. The owner, Luca, is wonderful. He was incredibly responsive from when we first booked months ago, and checked in a month or so before our arrival. Then, we were impacted by the train strike on the day we were to travel to Sorrento. While we were investigating alternate train tickets, Luca was researching bus and other alternate transportation to help us out! He was very kind and encouraging and helpful in all of his communications. His son met us at the train station and escorted us to the property and showed us around. Luca keeps the apartment well stocked, both with essentials (coffee, EVOO, toiletries, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry washer), and also provided a variety of unexpected supplies and treats for his guests. Trust me not all properties even provide coffee or detergent, let alone any extras! Luca was very generous. We can’t say enough great things about Luca and this property. If you are looking for a lovely place and host in Sorrento, look no further!

One of our Best Stays ever! Spectacular apartment!

We had high expectations for this apartment - fortunately those were exceeded! Luca has such an incredible place. The views were magnificent and the terrace was truly a wrap around with lots of room and amazing views of Vesuvius and the Bay of Napoli. This unit is on the top floor (5), so nothing above you. The reasons we enjoy place and very much recommend it to anyone: -It is quite spacious with plenty of room -The kitchen as so many items in it. fully stocked. We fixed up our own pasta dinner one night. Luca provided a coffee maker (Bialetta), and coffee beans ground for it. There was also Pasta, Pasta Sauce, crackers, cookies, and more in the cupboard. Unexpected and very good! -We enjoyed the cozy kitchen nook to eat as a party of 2 as the views, especially in the morning and evening were tremendous. - The location cannot be exceeded. It is in a quiet area, and an easy walk to the stairs that take you right down to Piaza Tasso. -Close to restaurants and grocery stores as well -We like Aurora Pizza (very close) at reasonable prices. -The unit was so clean and well kept. There were indeed a lot of instructions to understand, but it was all done just fine. -Luca was an excellent host and communicated with us via WhatsApp promptly about any questions we had. -There is a Bank ATM right down the street to the west, as well as some bakeries for breakfast! We so appreciate Luca's attitude and professionalism in our arrival and instructions. WILL STAY AGAIN!!
