Wonderful place - plenty of room for 16 adults. Lena was wonderful. Very attentive and responsive. This is exactly what a Vrbo property should be. A way to enjoy local living and culture at a very reasonable price.

Beautiful Villa

Stayed here for a week on a school residential, would highly recommend. The rooms each have air conditioning units and were spacious for plenty of individuals to stay. The pool was a brilliant size that was cleaned daily and there was enough sunbeds for people to relax. Owner was onsite at all times, but you would not have even known she was there as she did not disturb us, unless we needed help. Would definitely stay again, and recommend for our next school residential.

Perfect Family Reunion Location

This Pinzale was perfect for us! We were a group of 17 - nine kids age 4 – 13 and eight adults age 42 – 73. We gathered in Tuscany for a family reunion / 50th wedding anniversary. The building has 3 separate apartments with plenty of kitchen space, bedrooms & bathrooms on each level – all spotlessly clean. I too chose this pinzale because of the air conditioning and window screens but the experience at this location was so much more: the large clean pool; all the outdoor furniture for gathering, relaxing, and meals (there was also large areas inside the building for meals but we had wonderful weather in late June and eat poolside most meals); the open air ping-pong area (a crowd-pleaser for our group); the sunsets over the fields of sunflowers; the location close enough to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre and various other small charming towns (perfect for morning road trips – then we’d all hurry back to relax and play at Agriturismo Pinzale). Besides all the nice amenities of this location, we felt so welcome on the property by the thoughtful, kind caretakers who live there. Never intrusive but always available to answer a question or get a suggestion about the area. Lina, her husband and the dear Nonna were so lovely to meet. Plus, periodically a surprise would appear - fresh lettuce or basil from the garden or some delicious baked goods from the sweet Nonna. This was a wonderful location for our special holiday. A special thank you, Lina, to you and your family.

Ideal per a famílies

Hem estat un grup de 6 famílies en una de les onades de calor d'aquest estiu i ha estat perfecte. La Lina ho te tot a punt i a tot hora es preocupa de que estiguem bé. La casa està ben equipada i sobretot no es passa calor ja que entre l'aire condicionat a tot arreu i la piscina és un goig. Les habitacions són rústiques però correctes, algun lavabo es podria millorar, i només algunes habitacions tenen lavabo integrat. Però el plaer d'arribar de ruta i llençar-te a la piscina i trobar l'habitació fresqueta per dormir és impagable. Una molt bona experiència totalment recomanable.

We zijn met ons gezin, met 8 volwassene en 4 kleine kinderen één week hier geweest. Wat een warm onthaal, ondanks goede instructies van de eigenaar toch verkeerd gereden. Mensen wezen ons de weg, meneer reed zelfs met ons mee om niet weer verkeerd te rijden haha.We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de mensen die naast het huis wonen. Alle bedden al opgemaakt!! Hoe luxe is dat.Elke dag werd het zwembad schoongemaakt. Er werd elke dag gekeken of de vuilbakken geleegd moesten worden. Het was in één woord geweldig!!Dit is echt een aanrader.Bedankt dat we gebruik mochten maken van uw mooie huis!

Dejligt sted på landet

Vi blev mødt af en meget venlig familie, som vi kommunikerede med vha Google sense. Absolut ingen problemer. Dejligt stort hus med plads til hele familien på 17 personer. Desuden er der en stor god pool.

Family reunion

We had our joint birthday family reunion with 17 people coming from different parts of the world to this lovely big house. The place is great with 3 apartments on three floors, but space in the ground floor apartment to seat all 17 of us for dinner. All though the two upper floors has their own little kitchenette with enough to get you by for making small meals. On the ground floor there is also a dishwasher to care for the larger amount of dishes after a family meal. And behind the house there is a washing machine you can use for 4 euros per wash, as well as a long line for drying the towels after a day in the pool. The bedrooms are all spacious and there is great and efficient a/c everywhere. Two bedrooms with en suite bathroom, and the other bedrooms stil have a private bathroom. Outdoors the pool is big and clean, there are 10 sun loungers and lots of outdoor seating and tables. Also worth noting is the ping pong table and the fact that the property is gated and very safe. You can get pool towels for 2 euros/towel per stay On site the very friendly manager, Lina, is available. Her and her family is very helpful although not fluent in English, we got on very well and we where lucky to get home baked bread on our last evening. While we stayed at Pinzale, we had our birthday celebration with dinner from a local restaurant brought to the house, Robina Zanobini. This was a great success and is highly recommended. We did excursions to: a local winery, Torre a Cenaia the 4 pm tour Bagni di Lucca, for the Canyon Park Lucca, for the Wednesday morning market Cascina, for the Thursday morning market Pisa, for the tower and for the little safe beach at Marina di Pisa Cesina, for the water park with a Hawaiian theme. All in all a great place to stay - we would come back! Thank you

Quiet country retreat

The apartments are ideal for a family reunion. The ample and well-kept pool was a big heat in the hot Tuscan summer. The AC in every room is a nice touch. The environment is quite rustic: the bathroom and kitchens could use an update.

Tolle Unterkunft für kleine und große Gruppen

Wir (sechzehn Erwachsene+drei Kleinkinder) haben im Agriturismo Pinzale einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen dürfen. Saubere Zimmer, gemütliche Betten, ein großer Pool und vor allem eine perfekte Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen aller Art (mit dem Auto sind es ca. 20 min nach Pisa & 45 min nach Florenz). Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Très beau sejour

Très beau séjour dans ce magnifique pays. La Toscane présente tellement de belles choses à voir, et la situation de la maison s'y prête parfaitement. De plus, les délicates intentions des personnes s'occupant de la maison ont été très apprécié. Les délicieuses tomates à notre arrivée ainsi que les beignets de courgettes de la Nonna ont été fortement apprécié. Vacances magnifiques.....

Urlaub auf dem Land

Urlaub auf dem Land, Wir waren 18 Personen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kinder haben sich im Swimmingpool ausgetobt. Pisa und das Meer sind nicht allzu weit weg, circa 30 Minuten Fahrzeit! Für viele Leute perfekt!

Perfect Pinzale

Our family spent a wonderful week at Pinzale celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble for Lina, the caretaker, and her husband who took special care of the pool and garden area. Her delightful mother brought us many delicious treats which all 19 of us , aged from 3 to 75, really enjoyed. We had the anniversary dinner catered by Zanobi who did a super job. Apart from that we happily turned out our own meals from the bbqs and groundfloor kitchen. I originally chose Pinzale for its size, closeness to both wonderful cities and the seaside, airconditioning and the insect screens but found it was a perfect choice in so many, many ways. Thank you all.

Groot deel van boerderij verdeeld over 3 appartementen, waarvan een op de begane etage!

Dit is een prima gelegen Agriturismo in de nabijheid van PISA. Erg groot zowel binnen als buiten. Mooi groot zwembad met heerlijk schoon water. Agriturismo ligt wel buiten de bebouwde kom, een vervoermiddel om bij restaurant of supermarkt te komen is wenselijk. Van binnen is het allemaal wel iets gedateerd maar de goed functionerende airco's (in alle kamers) maken veel goed. Prima gastvrouw die beperkt Engels spreekt maar graag helpt en advies geeft. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn heel schoon en de wasmachine is heel handig. Jammer van de kleine slecht werkende afwasmachine. Bestek en borden in overvloed maar een dienblad ontbreekt. Kinderen vermaken zich prima in de tuin en zwembad. Alle basis voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en de uitrusting zou ik als basis aanmerken. Prima in orde maar niet luxe. Kinderen kunnen er weinig of niets beschadigen. Een aanrader voor een grote familie (reunie). Wij hebben het als zeer aangenaam ervaren en kunnen het zeker aanraden!

Fantastic vacation house for large family or group

What a terrific time we all had at Agriturismo Pinzale over the last two weeks! We are a family of 24 -- 12 adults and 12 kids -- and could not have chosen a better location and facility that fit us perfectly. Location: Pretty easy to get to many beautiful surrounding towns (Vinci, Lucca, Siena, San Miniato, San Gimignano, Voltara, Pisa, and on and on), so couldn't have been more perfect. Also near beaches. Ease of train travel to almost anywhere in Italy again is a huge plus. Pool was beautiful and beautifully maintained. Three different apartments would make it easy for sub-groups to have "alone time" if they need it. We stayed pretty much together for morning and evening meals and then went various places as each family desired. Our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. One evening they brought over some hand-made pizza with fresh tomato sauce, fresh basil, local sausage. Yum! Another evening they brought over a bottle of lemoncello. Another, a jar of freshly made tomato sauce for our children's endless appetite for pasta and "red sauce." Would we go again? In a heartbeat!! This was a special occasion for us -- celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with all our children and their spouses and children -- and we couldn't have chosen a better place to do it.

Casale bellissimo per feste tra amici

Casale molto bello ed accogliente, isolato ma allo stesso tempo vicino dalle strade principali e quindi facilmente raggiungibile. Padroni di casa e custodi sul posto carinissimi e estremamente gentili. Possibilità di trascorrere una serata in compagnia grazie ad un grande salone, poi servizi come barbecue, parcheggio interno e piscina. Riscaldamento ottimale.

Very nice house and pool area

We were a family of 19 people in different ages. The house, with three different apartments, and also a nice common area beside the pool was very comfortable and nice. The host was very nice and helpful when we had some problems that was fixed very fast. It is a perfect house for big families or groups. Thanks a lot for a very nice and comfortable week.

Ottima accoglienza da parte dei gestori e sistemazioni confortevoli.

L'agriturismo si trova immerso nella campagna, garantendo così la tranquillità e la riservatezza che cercavamo, è tuttavia abbastanza agevole arrivarvi. Le camere sono confortevoli e negli spazi comuni è possibile trovare tutto ciò che occorre per poter cucinare e per poter trascorrere il tempo libero. Il nostro soggiorno si è svolto d'inverno, ma i più piccoli hanno comunque apprezzato il tavolo da ping pong posto sotto la tettoia accanto alla piscina. Infine la breve distanza da percorrere per raggiungere alcune delle meravigliose località d'arte toscane ha garantito la possibilità di gite in giornata a pisa, a San Gimignano e a Lucca. consiglliatissimo!

Large house with very nice and relaxing pool area

We were five families, consisting of 10 adults and 12 kids (3-16 y), that spent a fantastic week in this house in the beginning of July 2017. We had a lot of space in the three apartments and the pool was for our own privacy. What stand out for this house is the very nice pool area. The pool is large (12x5 m?) and the surrounding garden is equipped with parasols, sun beds, BBQ, table tennis. For fun and for relaxing. We spent most of the days and evenings in the garden and had the upper apartments just for sleeping. In the evening we almost managed to put together a table for 22 persons in front of the house. We complained once about a non-functioning coffee machine and it was instantly replaced with a new one the same day. AC and Wifi were good. The only problem we experienced as a large group that tend to eat together in the garden - The dishwasher on ground level is a small one, just 45 cm wide. The house is situated some km from interconnecting motorways which make it easy to make excursions. Apart going to the beach, we went to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra (1h), Cinque Terra (1,5h). There is a big Pam Superstore in Fornacette 2,5 km away with car.

Hyggeligt sted. Meget imødekommende og hjælpsom familie. Fantastiske pizzaer. Super ferie.

Fantastisk hyggeligt sted, god plads. dejligt område nemt og hurtigt til indkøb og større byer. Miss Lina og hendes familie var meget søde og hjælpsomme, de bagte de skønneste pizzaer til os. Huset er godt indrettet med mange værelser. Der er en tilpas stor svømmepøl, fint udemiljø. Der er mulighed for at tilberede mad til en stor flok. vi var en stor familie afsted og alle var enige om at vi har haft en fantastisk ferie på stedet. Det kan absolut anbefales. Mvh Tina jespersen

Ländliche Idylle mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Das Haus in ländlicher Lage ist sehr geräumig und rustikal stilvoll sowie funktional eingerichtet. Eine gewisse Patina stört nur Pedanten. Lina und ihre Familie wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool. Wenn man fragt, kann man im angrenzenden Fischteich auf Karpfen angeln. Er gehört zum Anwesen, ist aber eigentlich an einen Angelclub vermietet. Positiv ist die gute Verkehrsanbindung. Nach Pisa braucht man mit dem Auto ca. eine Viertelstunde, ans Meer gut 20 Minuten und nach Florenz rund eine Stunde. Zwei gut sortierte Supermärkte sind in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Bei den Betten gibt es eine gewisse Schwankungsbreite hinsichtlich des Liegekomforts. Zusammenfassend lässt sich feststellen, dass wir mit sieben Erwachsenen und neun Kindern ein Domizil zum Wohlfühlen hatten.
