This wonderful historic property on Chapter House Street, next to the Minster, has amazing views of the Minster and the gardens of the Treasurer's House.  Tucked away on the corner of a quiet cobbled lane behind St Williams College and right next to the Minster, this property is very well located to take advantage of a central location in the City with vehicle access (but no parking available).

The house will sleep up to  7+ guests in three generously sized bedrooms; Bedrooms 1 - Kingsize bed with a single day bed, Bedroom 2 - French antique double bed, Bedroom 3 - Twin beds (with zip and link as a Super King - please confirm your preference when you book). There is also a surprise "Harry Potter" style under-stairs single as a special themed treat or snug retreat.

There is a large living room and a dark wood paneled dining room, a large kitchen with kitchen island and separate breakfast table - each of these rooms have amazing views which we have included in the images.  Next to the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine and pantry storage.  On the ground floor is a games room with a pool table and a toilet with shower unit.

Chapter House is close to the Minster and around the corner from Minster Yard, and a few minutes from Petergate and the main city centre.  There is no outside seating with the property, but you can walk around the corner and sit out in the area in front of St William College on the picnic tables provided ,with excellent coffee shops close by to kick start your day.
