The host was amazing. The area could not have been better felt safe and it was very fun with lots of food and shopping.The apartment was incredibly clean.I know air-conditioning in France and America have different expectations but to say this apartment is air-conditioned is not exactly accurate. But plenty of fans were provides - w head a couple of hot evenings, but Everything worked out just fine.I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, and a prime location!

Our group of six loved our stay at this property! It was a prime location in a great part of town near many restaurants, the metro, shops, and groceries. It was tucked back behind a courtyard so you could enjoy quiet away from the noise of the bustling city when you wanted to take a break. We had ample room for our group, and everything was very clean, plenty of towels and bedding! The management was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this for your group's next Paris stay!

The apartment was in a great, central location and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, markets, and art galleries. We really liked that it was on the first floor, so we didn’t have to worry about stairs, especially with our luggage and kids.Our kids especially enjoyed the lower-level room with the pool table. Having a washer and dryer was also very convenient during our stay. The dryer did take a long time, but that has been our experience with most places we’ve stayed in Europe.The TV and Wi-Fi only worked on some days, which was a little inconvenient. But, I didn’t keep trying to connect. It avoids kids from watching too much TV. I would recommend removing or replacing the carpet, as it had a noticeable odor.We appreciated that shower gel, shampoo, and dish soap were provided. It would have been nice to also have laundry detergent available. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra for it to be provided, as it would make things much easier for guests.Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the location, space, and convenience of the apartment.

The location is great - right in the center and close to everything needed including a grocery store, cafes and bakeries.The apartment is well equipped, including good kitchen equipment, washing machine with dryer.The apartment is spacious, with two floors and had plenty of space for the 6 of us.The listing is accurate. Having only one toilet was challenging for a group of 6, but we knew it in advance.There is a single window for the entire apartment.

Everything was excellent and as expected. It even had an air conditioning unit, which is rare for Paris. The hosts were very responsive with whatever we asked about and made sure our stay was smooth. Very family friendly, quiet, and a tranquil place to stay away from the hustle of Marais, despite being in the midst of it all. Highly recommend; will book again!

El departamento no puede ser arrendado mientras no solucionen de raíz el problema que tienen con las emanaciones de gases, que pienso pueden ser tóxicos y peligrosos. Viajaba von mis padres mayores de edad, pero jamás solucionaron el problema a través de un cambio de departamento. A cambio ofrecian enviar al equipo de limpieza, cómo iba a dejar entrar a extraños. Por lo demás, ese mismo equipo de limpieza es el que no limpió bajo las camas, ni el piso, ni nada antes de nuestra llegada. Totalmente decepcionante.

Idéal pour enfants

L’appartement est situé rue du temple dans les marais tout près de métro, de magasins des restaurants le concept de l’appartement est plutôt original avec deux chambres qui se ferment avec un rideau. Il y a moyen de descendre un niveau pour se trouver dans la chambre de relaxation Ceci est la troisième chambre avec lits-fauteuils . L’originalité de l’appartement donne des opportunités.
