Villa Branca, 4-bedroom villa with a private pool

Upon entering the villa, you arrive at a spacious open-plan living and dining room overlooking the pool through two glass doors. Bright and decorated in shades of cream and orange, the living room is comfortably furnished with two soft leather sofas and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need during your stay, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Also on the first floor is a double bedroom with glass doors opening onto the pool and garden. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

Upstairs, a large balcony runs the entire length of the villa, overlooking the pool and garden, making it a great place to relax in the sun. A large double bedroom decorated in shades of turquoise opens onto the balcony through a large set of glass doors. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom with a double bed also opens onto the large balcony through glass doors. The bedroom is attractively decorated in shades of chocolate and light pink, and the en-suite bathroom has a large shower.

The added advantage of the White Villa is a second living room with 2 sofas, a second television and a ping-pong table. The fourth bedroom is next to the second living room and has 2 single beds. This room also has an additional single bed that can be used if needed. There is also a bathroom with a shower next to this room.

Outside, there are sun loungers, a dining table with chairs, and a built-in barbecue. The pool can be heated upon request, for an additional weekly cost. The pool is a good size, with steps at one end leading to a shallower area before descending to a deeper section. The pool is saltwater, not chlorine-based, so Vila Branca is also a great choice for those with sensitive skin or who simply dislike the smell of chlorine!

Aldeia das Descobertas is a group of houses located near the entrance to the Praia d'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The tennis club is a few minutes' walk away, and the club and the first tee are about a 10-minute walk. The beach and the 5-star Marriott hotel, with spa, gym and restaurants, are a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are handled in person at our office, and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development featuring an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf enthusiasts, it's a perfect location, as three more golf courses are just minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing, in addition to the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal, excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to travel to and from the resort.
